I used this product and it works for me..the problem is I can't control myself craving for foods. I know that using Herbalife w/ consistently will make a good result..Anyway, this products is very expensive but all you have to do is join Herbalife (**pay for membership) for 25% discount..and up to 50% discount..My favorite flavor is dutch choco..with low fat milk..it taste like chuckie..hmmmm...yummmyyy,,,:D

@Primegirl You can absolutely do it, but I dont reccomend it because of the calories your body needs to survive. If you do, do that go ahead but for no more than a week with very low intensity workout and two snacks in between.

@jbchocolatej It does hurt the wallets hard but if anything look up online diet plans and reduced calorie intake. I can suggest one solid thing a 100% is to have 4 meals a day, brk, lnch, dnr, and a snack.

@nguyenhong3 Hey! Sorry for the late response, I was out on vacation. Yes, the shakes are working for me even though I do wish the ridiculous jacked up prices would drop, but I do recommend them to anyone. The shakes are tasty the only thing that takes a bit away from the taste is when adding the protein powder, but with some ice you will be good.
