I'm a Steelers fan, but am also a Vikings fan. My first knee-jerk reaction to the NFC Title game this year was "we got hosed" by the refs. But after digesting it all, I have to admit that the Vikes made too many mistakes....just like Seattle made too many mistakes - penalties aside.

Hawks first two drives ended in a sack and a dropped pick, the 3rd drive ended in a FG after the OPI call which was text book "Fully Extended arm, sepearation gained" and they gat the down back and still couldn't get it in.

That's a non revieable judgement call than would have stuck if the Ref were for the Steelers.

I very much doubt that the Steelers paid the refs for it. No owner of any franchise would be stupid enough to do that. Why? Because the result of someone finding out would be astronomical. I have a good deal of respect for the Steelers, as a sixth seed making the Super Bowl. It was quite an accomplishment, and no one can deny it. However, those refs gave the Steelers a free ride(I've seen dozens of photos of their linemen holding. Blatantly)while making every effort to eliminate Seattle's plays.

I liked this video. Heartbreaking to say the least.

One big positive about this video is that it clearly shows the top two questionable plays...unlike many other "edited" clips which only show what bolsters the argument by some that Seattle was jobbed.

Said people never want this dispute to end. But ask them to write to their senator to demand an investigation and they'll backpedal. Could it have been a closer game? Sure. But the Steelers still win it.

You can't prove a ref is or isn't biased, and anyone who thinks it was rigged need never watch the NFL again.

When it was over I remember lying on my bed wishing Matt hadn't wasted so much time at the end of the first half and that Stevens would have at least caught the one in the

3rd over the LBs where he wasn't touched.

I felt sick hearing about the refs the next day cause I knew we could have done alot of things better and the refs would have been a non issue.

Look, I feel for the fans who's team loses the SB.

Seattle was 5 of 17 on 3rd down, dropped 4 balls, had no vertcial game, had the NFL MVP held hnder 100 yds, had horrible clock managment, missed 2 FGs, gave up the longest run in SB history, the only TD pass by a WR in SB history and 37 yds on 3rd and 28.

Yeah, it was all the refs fault.
