  • @beyondthedish I work for a hospital In STL. We braise pork shoulders for BBQ pulled pork sandwiches for patients( if their diet allows). It comes out great ( if I do it). Salt, pepper, cumin, garlic braised over night. We cook hospital food but we try to make it like food you would get from a hotel or restaurant. We even do room service for patients. It's not glamourous, but we try to make it feel like it is, with respect to dietary needs.
