Hey Marinda, I hate asking questions and sorry in advance if you have already covered this...I was wondering...Should we work a different muscle group each day or should we work everything a couple times a week? Which is better? I know you said you weight train 3x a week, so does that mean you work everything 3x a week or certain muscle groups 3x a week? Thanks.
Good question? Since you will be training 3 times a week, it will be a fullbody program each of the 3 days. I've tried split programs (now I will piss off some bodybuilders) and I did not make progress as fast as on a full body program. This is a subject as bad as religion amongst bodybuilders.

Yes you do recalculate, but not once a week, just round about every 25 lbs you lose. Check my next video. I'll put it up tomorrow, cause I've tried 10 times and now I'm tired. There are websites that can calculate your bodyfat for you, when you type in your measurements. Or You could invest in a good bodycomp. scale, but they can be very expensive. Or you can get a bodyfat calliper, or you can get measured at your local gym. For protein question, go take a look at my 2 videos on bodybuilding diet secrets.
Beginners should use a weight that they can get about 8-12 reps out, and you my darling should use a weight that you can lift 6-8 reps with. You should struggle to get 6 reps and if you can get more than 6, your weight should go up.
i have the most trouble with my calves and knees when loosing weight... no matter what i do it seems like they dont get any smaller :/ any advice for that hun?
Remember you can not "spot reduce" fat anywhere on your body. Every person genetically has their fat placed in different places. You have to lower your whole bodyfatpercentage before the last fat will disappear. Some people have it on their stomachs, others on their thighs, others on their knees, upper arms etc. Weight loss will never get rid of stubborn fat like that. Only fat loss will do that. For you to get rid of that fat, your bodyfat will have to go to about 15-18%.
I didn't send everybody's results, because some of you will need a little more explanation. Don't get scared of the results. It is not where you are, but where you're going that matters! Don't let a number dishearten you, talk to the others in the contest. Take that number and hide it with your pictures. It will change over time, and then you can go back, and tell people with pride how far you've come
@loly5471 LOL, total weight is 135lbs and yes you will be able to do that. Just remember it didn't happen overnight. The maximum I've lifted is165lbs. You WILL and you CAN do it. It will just take time!
