  • As of 2012, I seem to be unable to find any VOID Minis, unless I am looking in the wrong place.

  • just had a look @ urban mamoth minis they luk amazin

  • do you base coat??

  • cool vid wondering where did ypu get your foam case there?

  • Lol. I was unfortunate enough to order a bunch of Chaos Space Marines as my first painting project. Needless to say, there was a lot of QQ-ing when I realized what I'd gotten myself into.

  • Good video. I'm gonna go check them out. Also, what kind of mini was that when you pulle dit out at 3:50? Was that a Servitor?

  • I think it's called a Cenobyte. It came in a set that was called Grimaldus and (I think) Cenobyte Retinue.

  • Those mini's round 6:00 are the ones you put in the MWG painting comp right?

  • yup

  • wow i love the way you painted them guys i also like the models ;D

  • you should do a review about gamezone miniatures or tale of war. Those company's make awesome minis with an amazing amount of detail

  • very cool - do you have a space in the home displaying things you have painted if so maybe a virtual tour of it

  • I know this is off-topic but i'm in a problem, i'm doing robes and icon bearers, when highlighting the icon clock part, you always see the big lines of highlighting colour there, and when looking closely at it, it's horrible. I use ink washes to get in the effect, and then highlight afterwards, but doing so shows the brush strokes.

  • I'm not familiar with the "clock" part of an icon. Is this for warhammer, 40K, or something else?

  • I have no idea why I said clock, but I ment, the banner which a space marine has on it's backpack, when I highlight that you can see all the brush strokes or lines of highlighting.

  • ah, ok, a back banner.

Honestly, trying to describe how to paint flowing cloth would be nearly impossible without demonstrating it.

The best thing I can suggest to get rid of brush marks is to thin your paint...a LOT. the thinner the paint, the less chance you have of showing brush strokes on a mini.

  • Cool i love ur videos ive bougt all the things youve reccomended your the best

  • Lol, be careful about that. You'll be spending thousands of dollars if you buy EVERYTHING I recommend.

  • I appreciate the diversity!

  • Great vid Chris!!!!

  • Great vids...keep up the good work...oh and that servitor is unbelievably awesome:)

  • lol, thnx dude.

You're really gonna love the others as well. I've still got to finish up the Sword Brethren squad (aboout 3/4 done) as well as do the techmarine squad. Right now, I'm shooting for about August 16 or 17.

  • Black Templars! :D Yay! Great work Chris.

  • You should do some battlefront reviews - I can give you some info (personal experience with them) - until then I will enjoy all the other vids your making.

  • Great vid!
