This broadcast on Ovation TV is what introduced me to Gustavo Dudamel. I know next to nothing about classical music, but fell in love this this man's music. Mr. Dudamel presents this with such passion, how could anyone not appreciate it.

Cuando el Maestro Dudamel estreno la quinta de Beethoven en Bonn, Alemania, ciudad natal del compositor, 'yo siempre pongo algo latino en mi interpretacion.' Pues, el publico, no muy emocionante, se volvieron loco al oirlo.
Dudamel, al interpretar Shostakovic, un comentario dijo, 'hay un sabor Mexicano en su interpretacion' pero si vale. El anima un arte que es sofocado por la oligarquia. Salud.
Dudamel y la Orquesta Juvenil Simón Bolivar representan a la verdadera Venezuela, país al cual aprecio mucho por haber vivido cuatro hermosos años en Caracas en los ochentas.

This is quite good. Although I generally do not enjoy "modern" classics, this piece is rather interesting, and the orchestra is fabulous. I am delighted to see that culture was not impacted in Venezuela, in spite of its tragic state of affairs, where a totalitarian populist "Strong Man" has been placing limits on Liberty and imposing socialism upon a victimized Venezuelan society... At least they can still enjoy higher culture... Good video!

Debería escoger mejor tus palabras, tú eres incapaz, estoy segura, de un performance de esa talla y nada tiene que ver la autoestima en eso, yo soy capaz de hacer muchas cosas, mejor que muchos, pero no puedo, ni de cerca, tocar instrumento alguno con tal maestría... me parecen geniales y créeme que no tengo baja autoestima, en lo absoluto. Tú deberías leer más, así puedes mejorar tu expresión, quizás algún día aprendas a decir lo que piensas con las palabras correctas.

Debería escoger mejor tus palabras, tú eres incapaz, estoy segura, de un performance de esa talla y nada tiene que ver la autoestima en eso, yo soy capaz de hacer muchas cosas, mejor que muchos, pero no puedo, ni de cerca, tocar instrumento alguno con tal maestría... me parecen geniales y créeme que no tengo baja autoestima, en lo absoluto. Tú deberías leer más, así puedes mejorar tu expresión, quizás algún día aprendas a decir lo que piensas con las palabras correctas.

y trabajador en esta discuplina del arte el venezolano sabes porque aqui a veces se trabaja con las uñas y nos toca comenzar en condiciones a veces fuerte,pero logramos salir adelante y ser reconocidos,documentate bien ,investiga y no hables por hablar ,aqui en venezuela los musicos son admirados en otras latitudes

Esta clase de orquestas tocan sola porque son muy buenas, no necesitan director, él solo hace pantomima y circo!
Lo felicitaré cuando lo escuche y vea dirigir una orquesta Argentina que son verdaderamente difícil de hacer sonar.
