Thank you for this post. I worked as a volunteer counselor in post 9-11; I worked through the Times Square Church and the staff there. David Wilkerson was just as much a humble dynamo then as he was in 1968 when I first met him through my neighbor, Jamie Buckingham. NYC in those days will never leaver me; I have never been back and probably won't. This brings much back to me; things I needed to be reminded of, so that I can always know, "God is in control."
