I know this is a black movie and regarded as a classic by some so a lot of people will hate me for saying this but really, the acting is not good, the plot completely unrealistic. i mean when it came out it looked pretty good but it looks really lame now. just really bad. compare this film to the Spike Lee's Do the Right Thing and it PALES. Spike Lee's films are much, much better. the writing is tighter and focussed and his films have stood the test of time in a way this film has not.
