@airen392 It was an American cartoon. However, it was kind of an homage to '80s Super Sentai (known in the US as Power Rangers starting in the '90s). I believe the show's creator grew up in the Phillipines where he would watch stuff like Bioman when he was a kid.

@MrUbister Shuggazoom was the only place with life on the planet.the Super Robot was somewhere far away from the city,near the ,,Zone of Wasted Years,, wich was the corruped part.Who would go out of the safty of the city,randonly on a dead place.even if someone would see the robot,Chiro is The Chosen One,as Antauri said only he could find and awake them,no one else,so thats how the robot was still there until Chiro find it:)

This was a pretty good show for what it's worth. Mark Hamil is the voice of the Skeleton King. And Kevin Michael Richardson is the voice of Antauri. (Both actors have also provided a voice in the Legend of Spyro video game series. Mark Hamil appeared in the final installment, Dawn of the Dragon as the evil purple dragon Malefor, and Kevin Michael Richardson was the Earth Guardian Dragon Terrador.)
