Slasher remakes that u have said are good, except the beginning in 2006. The old ones are the best, I don't understand how u could dislike The original elm street, hellraiser and Chainsaw massacre films. How the hell could u like The retarded beginning over Tobe Hooper's cult master piece. Wes Craven & Clive Barker's films are geniaully and techniqually geniuos. I'm not being mean about this, I'm just stating a true fact.

In Friday the 13th part 2 Jason appearance was based off a real life unsolved serial killer in a semi documentary film "The Town That Dreaded Sundown ", If Hollywood had any brains and creativity left they'd make a film based off of that rather then rehash and churn out more crap.

i agree with pretty much everything you said, especially about TTCM, the original did suck! and the remakes where indeed awesome!. i didnt really like friday the 13th (but ive only seen part 2 and jason x) but i do want to see the remake as it looks awesome! as for A Nightmare On Elm sTREET. I loved the originals and i think the remakes will suck partly as Rovert Englund will not be Freddy. oh yeah and another thing bout halloween remake u missed..Michael actually dies in the end

as for halloween, if u see the unrated directors cut, u see he isnt there anymore, thay he moves from where he fell dead...but H2 is coming out this summer, so i guess...he isnt dead, but in the original, he died, and came back....so idk, i guess Rob is following
