When galvatron blew up i think ur talking about 5.59 of the video he says nothing else other than "My power is infinite" because he's got the power of the omega lock so he's just burts in to that power thing againt optimus and other convoys.

3. Primus has a huge gun because in the story line of transformers cybertron there were four planet ships and primus combined them all in to one big canon to shoot the black hole shut.

Cybertron is cool. As for the CGI, well, I've seen better and worse. Some of the worst has been in expensive video games for current-gen consoles. As for the transformation sequences, they're a way to pad the episode without dragging the plot. And with Transformers, it also shows off the toys.

You can always tell a japanese Transformers series by it's flashy transformations.  I swear, japanese transformers series feel like Sailor Moon sometimes. They care more about the eye candy than the storytelling. I say this because we don't see this kind of thing in G1 seasons 1,2, and 3. Nor do we see it in Beast Wars, Beast Machines, or the new Transformers Animated.

Actually, Beast Wars, Beast Machines and Transformers Animated NOT done by Toei. The Beast series was done by Mainframe Entertainment in Canada, and Animated is done by MOOK DLE. And while G1 was animated by Toei, it was WRITTEN by the Marvel/Hasbro teams from the U.S. When Transformers is dictated to TakaraTomy from Hasbro, it is superior than when Hasbro dubs TakaraTomy's bullshit.

Actually Hasbro nearly killed Transformers after Generation 1, so you should be thankfull that Takara kept the franchise alive, so Michael Bay could rape it properly, as well as Transformers animated did that.

I disagree. I think that Headmasters and Victory were the third worst thing to happen to the Transformers; Kiss Players being the first worst thing, and Car Robots being the second. And let's not forget that, with all the retcons that TakaraTomy has done with Transformers, all series, now everything every written is now in the G1 timeline.

And, in my opinion, Beast Wars SAVED Transformers in the US. When the third season ended, kids didn't want robots that transformed into vehicles. We saw that by how dismal sales for the toys and G2 comics were.

Beast Wars brought something fresh to the table, with brand new fiction and toys that transformed into animals. And it worked; it revitalized the brand, and is the reason Hasbro imported Car Robots, and the Unicron Trilogy. Thank Hasbro for saving Transformers in the US, not Takara.

OK you got the Point with Beast Wars, and yes Hasbro revitalized Transformers for the US audience, but what I meant is, that Takara kept the Franchise alive even when it was dead in the US,.

Yeah there are some very bad things that were done to Transformers but you forget, that G2 was G1 with CGI-Crap, THAT was the reason nobody wanted it. Also Master Force, maybe Victory (optimus becomes shoes and backpack O.o) Michael bay, and Transformers animated were baddest points of the series.

Um, G2 was a comic book series and toyline. All the G2 cartoon did was rebroadcast G1 cartoons with the "Cybertron Space Cube" instead of the normal scene transitions.

And anyone who's heard of Kiss Players knows why Takara should never be in charge of Transformers Fiction. Kiss Players is for a pedophile audience that wants to see Starcreams ghost inhabit a prepubescent looking girl and run out of the bathroom with her panties down!

But NOT Headmasters, because it was very well executed and tied in into the G1 universe, they also had the balls to kill some of major characters like Optimus Prime permanently, which brought (as sad as it sounds) something fresh into the series' story line.

The series I liked after the US Revival was Armada , because beast wars, even if it was something new, disqualified itself by using cgi which looked very bad and unappealing, while Armada went back to its G1 Roots.

Um, the offensive way Takara treated Arcee during Headmasters says differently to me. Arcee was an awesome warrior, but Headmasters made her into a secretary, and had Rodimus tell her that she couldn't fight because she was a girl.  After I saw that, I never wanted anything to do with any Japanese written Transformers.

And BTW, you DID say that ALL Transformers series were done by Toei, right in the first post I responded to.

Another thing about TakaraTomy is that for them, EVERYTHING falls under G1; Beast Wars/Machines, Car Robots, the Unicron Trilogy, Bayformers, Beast Wars 2/Neo...EVERYTHING IS G1 TO THEM! Even if it doesn't fit into the continuity, everything is G1 to TakaraTomy.

Of course Beast Wars animation looks like ass today. It was done in 1996! Of course CGI done 13 years ago is going to look like crap. But the G1 series animation quality was horrendous too. That series is known for its animation errors; discolorations, layering issues, continuity errors, size issues; G1 is the worst animated series I've ever seen. At least when dealing with CGI models, those errors are evident right away; character models go nuts if not animated properly.

I don't like Energon, Cybertron ,Transformers Animated, because it looks very cheap (3D sucks balls) and not really well Animated, In animated they don't even don't look like they are Robots, they look like pokemon or some sh**t like that. I have to disagree with G1, because even if it is bad animated it aged better than Beast Wars because 3D doesn't age well at all (except for Cell Shading Grafics).
