  • It works better if you take your captured arm and post it on his inside thigh for leverage as you drag by....but this is still a good video

  • Sweet Christmas why didn't I think of that. I hate getting in a front headlock and for some reason never thought of turning it into an arm drag. Thank you, I feel really stupid now. :) I'll try this out and most likely add it to my arsenal! :)
