  • with an intel dual 1.94, 2gb ram and integrated 224 mb intel chipset i can run all games at full fps

fraps just decreases my fps by 1-2 fps(so i can run at about 28-29 or 58-59)

    nice video!

  • What link for Tokyo Bus Guide? Please

  • can you please help me, How did you get this game to work. I have that exact emulator and game but it doesn't work. I most likely doing something wrong. Help would be appreciated.

    Nice Video

  • hey man, you should use 480i settings, cause 50fps is too slow, use 240p 60fps, what Americans are used too. I also hacked my bios to make the startup appear red, like a Normal boot up sequence is for Americans

  • Can I somewere download Tokio Bus Guide on internet but no on torrent?

  • look at my video for downloading dreamcast games, its called where to download dreamcast games.

  • My point being that I own many DC games (key word is OWN, I purchased legal games in the original packages from stores and online, not copies somebody burned or I downloaded from the internet).

It's a pain to have to download COPIES of all those games just to use the emulator. It'd be easier just to use the real thing! That's why it's not as good as it sounds....

  • Dreamcast GD-ROMS are not compatible with CD or DVD-ROMS.

That´s why them cannot be used, isn´t an fault of the emulator. Blame sega.

  • Or blame hardware manufacturers for not supporting the format! ;)

My point is that the person above who said real DC discs will work with the emulator was wrong. It's STILL too bad they don't work, so my statement was perfectly true.

  • If only it worked with real dc discs... :(

  • it does.

  • Show me, lolinternets1.

All the docs I've read say you can use a (hacked, burned) CD-ROM copy of a DC game, and a disc image of said game on your hard drive in these emulators. But what you cannot do is pop an original dreamcast game disc (GD-ROM) into your drive and play it on your computer.

I heard only one drive brand (maybe off the market now) can read GD-ROMS, so if you don't own that one, a DC game can't be read on a computer, unless it's a ripped copy.

  • nvm i was thinking of gamecube.

  • Oh, so gamecube minidiscs can be inserted into a computer cd-rom drive and run via emulation? Cool! How good is it these days?

  • it's about on par with ps2. There's actually a gamecube emulator for the PSP.

  • And I hear you can play GC games on the Wii!

But hey, if I don't have to buy a next gen console and can consolidate them or play them on PC, that's cool too!

  • null dc is a good emu for dreamcast , i can play dead or alive 2 with 30 fps and i have : Nvidia 6200 , 512 mb ram and 1.46 GHz

  • yep...

this video was with an old fx5500 ... maybe is that, (btw i have low specs)

  • Soul Calibur was running a little slow
