SORT of. The only differences I've seen so far, excludeing the main setting and story, is that you can create your own character(I think) and you can make them naked, with pixels covering their dignity ;)

Word of warning, though - it's possible to literally clip your wings off if you do something like scrape a building, and as you can guess, the result isn't pretty!

Oh, I almost forgot! You can also throw people in the game, including cops and fatties! You can even kill them by throwing them at walls, fences and other things! ;)

Well, you can't actually carry them around, but you can grab and toss them in the direction you're facing when you grab them. They can also hit other people if you throw someone at them! ;)

Well, like I said before, you can be a man or a woman, as the video shows, you can run around naked, with pixels over your crotch, and your chest if you're a girl, you can get different tattoos, haircuts and clothes, and... that's all I know, I've only watched the 4PP videos of it, sorry! ^_^;

Oh, I just remembered again, when you grab someone, you actually take them hostage, so you can drag them around and aim where you throw them, like into a fountain, or in front of a train! AND you can use a sword while riding a bike or something similar! ;)

I liked both GTA IV and Saints Row 2. I, personally, liked the Story mode and multiplayer of GTA IV more. However, what's so great about SR2 is all the crazy shit you can do! I don't care what people say, GTA: San Andreas did NOT have as much to do as Saints Row 2, or atleast San Andreas didn't do as good a job at getting me to do the extra things. I ended up spending 50+ hours playing Saints Row 2, up until I decided I did everything I wanted to do.

GTA4 is a snooze-fest, Saints Row 2 hooked me in as soon as I played it.

The story is actually very good, co-op is a lot of fun, graphics are only a tiny bit worse than GTA4 I suppose due to the lack of brown, gameplay is pretty much the same minus one of the current videogame staples; duck and cover, and what more are you mentioning, I don't see much more to GTA4 than going to the same places over and over with Roman.

As far as I know Saints Row 2 has a ridiculous amount more than GTA4 has.
