@rox31313 there is no set way to teach the jm press, even jm blakely has said it is ok to have imperfections as long as you feel most of the tension on your triceps
I have done these, these exercises are brutal! Dave showed me what I was doing wrong. I was touching the chin, AKA going too far. I will give these another try now that I see another way to do them. Thanx Dave. By the way, what is the name of the song playing while doing you set. That song is hot!!
beginning lifter here... just tried these with 95lbs I could barely get 5 with good form lol. 275lbs jm press is godly.
