I had to stop your "review" within the first 3 minutes, because it was just you advertising how great Wendy's was and you saying the word 'like' every other word.
@TWOMERCY oh my freind i am healthy, no high blood pressure, im not very physcally fit, i mean i put up a good fight, and i am quite fast, but i am no batman, but i do hear where you are coming from, i have a freind who was fine, and he passed out do to low blood pressure
@GameCreatorJJ No, I just mean, if you eat Mcdonalds every day and you have normal weight it doesn't mean you're healthy. It just means you have a fast metabolism.
Not really since 1) Not alot of people actually eat fast food every day and 2) Eventhe ones that do balance it out wiht other food and they weren't health nuts before hand.
You have NO idea how many people i know that DO eat fast food EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!! and they DON'T balance it out with much other food. They Have Starbucks/mcgriddle w/ a coffee for breakfast. Fast food for lunch and then fast food for dinner. I know MULTIPLE people who do just that. So you can't say that not alot of people do it because i know alot of them and sadly in todays world there ARE alot of them or fast food places wouldn't be so profitable.
i eat out maybe ...once every two months, so this movie was stupid to me and i felt Morgan Spurlock's girlfriend was really snotty and thought she's better then everyone else just because of what she eats
in the closing line he talked about the 2 girls who ate only mc donalds or at least talked about it. . . . and wat yoursaying bout the healthy to non healthy isnt completely true, its to do with the fact of chemicals added in the food by mac donnalds that makes the food some wat filling
the more interesting part of this movie is the fact that the food makes you additiced. I think he went to a docter about it at one point. (haven't seen it in a while)
The same could be said for kids whose school is right down the block from a McDonalds or any other fast food joint.
The documentary hit close to home since theres literally a McDonalds on every other block in New York City. He even pointed this fact out halfway through the film. That said sometimes one has to go through the extreme in order to shake people up.
I think youre over analyzing the film and the intentions of the Morgan Spurlock. He simply used McDonalds as a catalyst in his examination of this nations love of fast food and the effects it could have on ones health. Id be carefully in saying the no one eats like that, simply because there are a number of people who do, a large number of people! A friend of mine worked on a construction site some time ago and ate nothing but McDonalds simply because it was the only eatery close by.
When I was a kid, I ate fast food about once or twice every week, but now that I'm older I'll only eat out occasionally. My personal favorite places to eat are either Pizza Hut or Subway. Subway is amazing. xD I'm not a big fan of burger joints for some reason.
i boykott almost every kind of fast food, not because movies like this or the media overall opened my eyes, but because i just don't like this food and how it tastes. i wouldn't say i live very healthy, but i would definitely take a selfmade salad over fast food any day. heck, even if i want to eat fast food, i cook it myself since i know what's in it for sure.
i found super size me entertaining and (at parts) informational, but in the end harmless. informational because it show's how different the american mcdonalds is compared to ours in europe. that's pretty interesting, but in the end of the day, the message of the movie - how brave and well-though it might be - was totally driven to an extreme that i just couldn't take it very seriously.

What spurlock's says in the end, is something like:
"It may seem extreme eating mc'donalds for 30 days, but some people do this, every day"... which makes a hole lot more sense to the movie...

I reckon a more accurate documentary would be one where you would eat there 3 days a week for several months.

day 16 he didn't have to the whole supersized meal. eating the whole meal wasn't part of the rules.
correct me if I am wrong.

I didn't say he had to eat all of it. But he had to eat one of everything on the menu.

You mention boycotting McDonalds because of the size of the Big Mac.
It's worth noting that this film is part of the reason for McDonalds massive portion decrease.

great points about the document, i don't see the point of the show as no one will eat one thing for a month that is a factor.
Mc is really bad now the sizes and shapes turn to a small burger but i can make my own ones now apart from kfc chilli burgers
