You shouldn't be kissing for AT LEAST 3 weeks after the piercing, you just irritate it and hinder it in it's healing process and giving oral sex is not a good idea for about 2 months, needless to say because of all the nasties in bodily secretions. Also smoking and drinking isn't a good idea for a while (though you can rinse after, but still).

The joys of healing piercings ^^ but don't let that stop you, a nicely healed piercing can look awesome =D
