this guy says "abs are strong" 12 times in the warmout and the level 1 cardio workout...i have done level 1 followed by level 2, 15 times now and it's a pretty good workout..along with low carb diet and i do see a little difference now..
I'm thinking about buying some of The Biggest Loser workouts. I have seen where people comment about Taebo. I have been doing Taebo off and on, since 1999. Trust me, Taebo is no joke. I have only seen the clip to the workout. From what I can see, I wouldn't say that The Biggest Loser Cardio Max have Taebo beat, because it doesn't. I will check into The Biggest Loser Cardio Max. I hope it's not a short workout.
I can tell you this shit really works. I use this for 6 weeks and i loose 1 belt size since that . I didint check weight becouse i want to wait for 2 mon to have more results . I also have weight lost yoga which I use as complement to cardio max ,

But this Biggest Loser Cardio Max LEVEL 1 for just 20 minutes made me fucking sweat like crazy I underestimated this shit! I'm fucking sore as hell I thought I was champion and could handle LEVEL 2 but wow......damn no wonder people on that show lose a lot of fucking weight!

true for bed knees dont but for obese just try what you can do am 19 377lb and have the dvd and in two weeks drop to 360lb all u need is deduction and eat less more fruits and veg drunk lots of water cut out soda and juice

but this dvd is fun because there are regular people in the background instead of those super fit people you see on other aerobics dvds.
so as you are finding it hard so are the people which makes you feel less bad about struggling with the execises.
yes it worked for me. but it's tough so you gotta to have patience to do this. level 1 is even hard. you'll be sore the first couple of days but after a week or so the soreness goes away.

@lo0ov3rx3 I lost 10 lbs within the first two weeks, then school started again. So I havnt done it in two weeks. The yesterday I slipped of the bus and hurt my back. But start eating healthy, do it a week before your workout and see how much weight you lose. Because I found eating healthy really does help alot.
I love how they are actually real people and trying to learn the steps. Instead of like workouts taht already know what to do next.

It's not for people who are obese or have bad knees. if you are a man over 300lbs or a woman over 200lbs don't get this DVD to start with.
Try Hip Hop Abe or Taebo.
If you own a Wii Then Get EA Sports Active.

yes it worked for me. but it's tough so you gotta to have patience to do this. level 1 is even hard. you'll be sore the first couple of days but after a week or so the soreness goes away.
