  • Do more!!!! Please!!!!

more hq choice videos and summon daemon videos...please!!!!

    Blood for the blood God!

  • The lord of decay

  • FIGHT FA FATHA NURGLE! Why? 'Cus Papa Nurgle luvs u, so u shud luv 'im too! Makes me wish Orks could turn to Chaos. I mean, they can't right? But they should be able to. Gotta be some way for Nurgle or Khorne to get some. I wanna field a Nurgly Ork army along with a friend who has a Khorny Ork army and pulp two dolts who're fielding normal Tzeentchian and Slaaneshi Chaos Boyz. It'd be the most messed up thing ever and anyone who saw it would be going "Le fek?", but it'd be cool. And so worth it.

  • Guys is there anything wrong with ur headphones? do you guys hear the Voices too?

  • i watched this as i ate dinner... never, ever, again. nurgle!

  • Nothing in the Chaos Codex is overpowered, just overpriced. Necrons are overpowered, as well as Tyranids. But they are more complicated so people lose with them. Chaos is just too bad ass so losers hate us. CHAOS IS THE ONLY TRUE ANSWER.

  • Please make a detailed vid on Chosen!...Like how to make them look, so that they aren't just CSM with better guns. How to give them the veteran look. And tactics of course.

  • Dave u. Need 2 do more vids cause its are so much more exciting then the others.

  • yes, they are overpowered why?.,.. because they aint got time to bleed

  • Thus, the question. Are they over powered? No. Because Space Marines have a unit for every situation and Chaos have to crawl behind them.

  • I brought the chaos battleforce with a nice a new codex for chaos aswell. I painted the first couple as black legion, but when I played the Space Marine game, I painted them the Nemeroth colours, using Nurgle. Even though they seem un-divided, the renegade guardsmen seem to have a slight essence of Nurgle - good enough for me, I plan on getting some more units soon enough. I'll swap the plague marines for Khorne bezerkers atm. :-)

  • Undead imperial guard work for me.

  • dave seriously cut off the bolter grips the bolters will then sit on the right hand better

  • thousand sons work better for me. +4 invulnerable save doesnt get taken out by power weapons. Last nite 8 thousand sons and their sorcerer took out 30 hormagaunts and my sorcerer lord with mark of tzeench took out 30 termagaunts, a zoanthrope and finished off old one eye all thanks to that 4+ inv save. most of my army has a 4+ inv save thanks to tzeench marks and icons and it its insanely tough. throw in a 20 zerkers (not very fluffy I know) and watch as their army crumbles.

  • Dave, you're pretty damn epic. Keep up the great work.

  • I AIN'T GOT TIME TO BLEED

  • Do Noise Marines vid ^^.

  • Despair all ye nations, there's no hope for us now,

For we made this monster, placed a crown on his brow.

He fed on our apathy; our pain made him swell,

We gave him Dominion, he gives us his hell.

    - The last verse in "The Song of Death" from the book: Liber Chaotica

    Ps: Papa Nurgle rulez

  • @TheRestlessPilgrim Ah the Liber Chaotica.... simply had to use it as my xbl user name... it sounds awesome...

  • i was hopeing watching this would give me a few ideas for killing them with tau .... i might need to reload to i can see the dam end!

  • You say that Plauge Marines are nasty...try using Thousand Sons against new Necron armys.

  • Ooohhhh... Thank you sir

  • How do they get 4 attacks??? Plagues get 1 attack off the bat... So, they get off the rhino and fire bolt pistol (1) charge ( 1 from profile and 1 for charge ) that's 3... Where's number 4???

  • @escorp1 1 from profile 1 from charge and 1 from 2 close combat weapons (pistol and ccw) and of course the shot before the charge. so shot, 3 attacks = 4 attacks total.

  • A plague filled virus.... Wow, Dave. As opposed to a friendly, fun filled neighbourhood virus who watches out for the little kiddies.

  • Noise Marine tactics please.

  • PAPA NURGLE LOVES ALL YO!!!

  • "I ain't got time to bleed" haha, awesome film and awesome video

  • Plague marines aren't OP:

    Gray Knights.....now we're talking OP:

  • Plague marines are the guys who want to give everyone a hug and always have the SO LONLY song playing in their helmets

  • Compared with other models with similar stats, Plague Marines aren't cheap, and there are so many things that can negate Feel No Pain that I don't believe them to be overpowered. I should use them more, though...

  • from what he had said they seem to balance out quite nicely, they lose int points and gain FNP. they would fit in great with my tzeentch invul saveres. that works great on tau, those pricks.

  • <3 the Nurgle. That T5 and FNP has won me more objective games than I can count. More CSM Tactica please!

  • Yes do noise marines

  • This is why I use grey knights more then my space marines. Str 5 with force sword solved that problem.

  • do noise marines

  • dem plague marinez is good fighten fer da boyz, den again spikey boyz and dem space marinez is dead 'ard

  • I still think there isent enough dark eldar vids XD

  • deathcompany is plauge marine and khorne berzeker child they have skill and str of kb and durabilty of pm and add a chappy and some power wep they make anything cry

  • plage marines are not over powered. There under powered.

I await the new chaos legions codex, in hope that my death guard get some wargear, rules,or stats that i can abuse the hell out of.

I also hope to see imperial tratiors( IG), deamons with a favoured god, terminator death guard with feel no pain, and a true chaos codex to show that GW Care about there customers that play chaos. .

    To Miniwargaming Dave

Is it just me or does the fluff seem very pirate like in the current codex.

  • so the way to get rid of them is terminators and Ap 1-2 weapons thanx for the heads up

  • I don't tabletop game, but 7:00 - 7:08 reminds me why I love watching this stuff.

  • poop...nurgle tested, nurgle approved

  • CHAOS TACTICS!!!

  • ..Fuck I was eating whilst watching this

  • Sick and disgusting? What about the space marines that follow Slaanesh? :P

  • ever think of two nurgle deamon princes with warp time .....it works ....distraction lol

  • Am I the only one who tires of every tactic leading up to hiding in metal Boxes!?

  • What ever happened to Joes Eldar Tactica X?

  • the blesesed imperial inquastion would like to thank you miniwargamer dave. for informing us of the weakness of the plage marines pleases accept this blessed and scarad penaccilin we hope you get well soon and rember the Empore protects

  • Plauge marines aren't really overpowered, they cost way too many points to be overpowered, they are certainly a strong unit, but fearlessness can be a detriment to them in combat, the I3 can really hurt, but blight grenades are good, and they can be used for mobile melta (or plasma, but melta is generally more usefull, also the meltagun is an assault weapon so you can fire it before you charge if you like to charge)

Anyways, not overpowered, but certainly strong, costly though.

  • One of my armies is an entirely Nurgle-manned army, so I am inclined to say no...

  • come on miniwargaming make some Space Marine,Imperial Guard and Sisters of Battle tactics

  • Well I play orks, and my Nob choice is 20 points not upgrades, even tho i have two wounds i have nothing to save those two wounds with other then if i take a painboy and armor, the painboy is a good choice but they only have armor 6 so alot of thing will just ignore their armor and also their feel no pain unless im mistake with the rule and only things like power and force weapons negate it. so in my opinon yes they are if your comparing them to my roughly the same point unit.

  • @anujofish 20 points per model without upgrades*

  • @anujofish yes you are mistaken only power weapons and stuff ignore fnp, nobs are pointless without power klaws.

  • @FernNZjakerZ But to Fiield them with power klaws would be dumb since you can just use mega nobz for 5 points less, and with more "upgrades" to field a nob slightly similar to a Mega nob would cost 56 points (base 20 points + 25 for powerklaw + 5 for eavy armor+ 5 for twinlinked shoota and + 1 for stik bombs, they would be essentaily the same as a mega nob but missing a bit on their armor for mobility on foot, but they cost 16 points more.... to me that seems like they need a reworking

  • I don't think they're over-powered; but everyone I verse does...

  • Maybe so but like all eldest they are fragile even my guard can take them down in close combat best thing really is high strength low AP weapons and if you weaken the unit down before cc then u will be fine I just don't the spamming of them

  • For the points Id say not realy Banshees are cheeper and thay are a good counter.

  • plague marines are definetly not over powered. They are 23 points, which essentially makes them 50% more expensive then your normal chaos marine, and not to mention they go down to I3, which is a big deal when so many things out there are I4.

  • Ok I'm gonna tell it like it is from my view point

They are not over costed but I do think they should be ether a 0-1 choice in the troops slot

And only more than that with a special IC or put into the elite slot reasons I say this is to give other units a chance like the noise marines or bog standard chaos marines

  • U can not assult out of a rhino

  • @TheNickman323 you can if the rhino was stationary in the movement phase!

  • help me out guys! we want the articles back.

so please join my fb site: ''Petition to bring back the GW articles''

  • I know you play mostly chaos and blood angels but I would live to see some space marine tactics, particularly with Pedro cantor and other crimson fists goodies

  • Could u please make some blood angels tactics

  • I havent read the codex in a bit but i believe the blight grenades negate all bonuses for charging, like furious charge, extra attacks and the like

  • RE-read the codex today and i was wrong it they only negate attacks

  • It wasn't Carl Weathers who asked Jesse that, it was Richard Chaves who played Poncho, the grenade launcher guy. He didn't have time to bleed, but he had time to duck. Sorry, serious predator fan here.

  • the ones i realy belive are under powered is nosie marines if i could give them rending or even combat drugs that would be awsome.....

  • If anyone read the novel "the flight of the eisenstein" from the horus heres series, you would know that typhus is the reason that the death guard became that way

  • I find them to be balanced. The only problem I have with them are that Death guard are metal. But I am glad they are making them plastic soon. But then again I just play scouts and the Assassinorium......."One chance is all I need"

  • ¡All rot!

  • compared to what their counterparts can get in space marine armies, space wovles, blod angels etc no they are not overpowered

  • Plague overpowered? I don't think so personally, they are very good and tough marines. Chaos has worse stuff in the codex ranging from thousand sons (ap3 bolters) to WS5 furious charge berserkers, duel lash, and deepstrike assaulting demons. Tough? yes, overpowered? No.

  • Plauge Marines should also have poisoned weapons and poisoned bolters. Hopefully they would have it in the Legion Dex.

  • i dont think plauge marines are OP but i think thousand sons are ( but thats probs cus i play necons and they have ap 3 bolters :( )

  • Are they over powered? Not for 23 points each. If you compare them to Death Co. they are weak. Both units get FNP, but Death Co. are also I:4, get Furious Charge, WS:5, and relentless rather then Blight Grenades and T:4(5). Death Co. have a lower cost per model and have more weapon options. Plague Marines are one of the only viable options in an otherwise weaker army.

  • @Dracus661 Yes, but you forget that DC is never able to hold objectives and are under the rule called "Rage", which means that they have to be walking, running and assulting toward the closest vissible enemy, this can be used agains them!

  • @Dracus661 just put really powerful units with Power weapons near Death Company, because they HAVE to charge them! I've done it before. Had some DC charge my Slannesh Chaos Terminators with Lightning Claws....bye bye Death Company.

  • wheres the tau no one ever liked tau :( but their good they realy are when you know tactics dave or someone from mwg please think about the tau also i have heard rumors of updates so a couple of unboxings and assemblings

  • exactly what I wanted :D Thanks Dave!

  • Yay thnx Dave, these chaos tactics is what i needed to perhaps win for a change :D

  • Uh .. to answer the overpowered question; I haven't played 40K in 13 years (I was 15 at the time lol) and a Nurgle Plague Marine army looks right up my alley. Not _too_ many models to paint, good on the gaming board, and evil. >:-)

  • Nurgle doesnt spread disease and illness, Nurgle spreads LOOOOOOVEEEEEEE!

  • Yes they are overpowering, that's what speciality troops are. How about one on Tzeencth Thousand sons.

  • @al6954 no he spreads... PEACE and LOVE!!!

  • Pretty much every codex has a couple powerful and cost-effective units in it. They aren't particularly overpowered compared to the other codices' good units, but they are the "best" troop choice for chaos.

  • They are a bit over powered but then again so are my grey knights with force swords and storm bolters but feel no pain can be devastating to your oponent in one battle my paladins with feel no pain destroyed a

    Hammerhead

    Battle suits

    Fire warriors

After that they got horded by space marines and died(it was 2against 1) go feel no pain

  • I play the old 2nd edition and love using a combined Khorne/Nurgle space marine army Have they withdrawn the plague knife(always kills on a 6 in close combat)?

  • needs to be juuuust a little nerfed

  • they are best used in small squads of 7 guys. going to full 10 is a points sink. just get 2 plasma guns and if you must get a power fist then fine, but i wont bother. if you have like 5 of those in a rhinos, you get one very effective army. you have to get something like chosen or havocs with melta to deal with enemy armor.

  • Plague marines are awesome :D

  • Nurgle rulez! But his fat and ugly brood isn't overpowered. Plague Marines are only awesome.

  • I don't think plauge marines are overpowered.

Could we really call then plauge marines if they wheren't so durable?

On the other hand though, power weapons and similar armour penetrating weapons will make that durability go down the drain.

So while they do reward players for being stupied, at this stage, all experianced players are already prepared for them should they face a chaos army, similar to how genestealers are prepared for when facing tyranids.

  • I don't think they are over powered at all. 23pts models that die to the same stuff most everyone brings these days (tons of low AP weapons and power weapons *grey knights*) seems more a handicap then a boon. They are the most tactically sound unit in the codex unfortunately so if you're really trying WIN games with a Chaos list you're probably going to have these guys in your army somewhere, if not EVERYWHERE.

  • thankyou for telling me that plague marines are so good im going to start collecting them when ive got 2000 points of tyranids thankyou dave you are awsome and defy is just as cool

  • "I got a ton of pus to bleed :P"

  • I'd hardly say they are OP, maybe a little expensive but, like you say in the video what you get out of them is a hardy unit of space marines with FNP! But it's a shame because most other army's can do this, and just a little bit better. e.g. Blood angles, (I think it's) 30points for a priest to join a squad to give them FNP, on top of the other stuff they can do.

Oh old codex syndrome, why do you screw over so many people?

  • You're going to be happy to hear this Dave, A friend of mine whom I got into 40k first played Blood Angels and had a major victory where his tactical squad beat a Prince of Nurgle. However this left a mark of thier souls too deep and now he plays a Nurgle Army. I know he'll benefit from this.

  • naw they ain't overpowered (in my opinion) they're balanced and are AMAZING TO PLAY

  • Sounds Tasty :D

  • thx for the upload

  • Havent played the pluage marnes, but as i can tell they seem pretty balanced compared to the other marines :)

  • Anyone who says "First" is the equivalent to a poo on a stick...

  • Plague Marines certainly aren't overpowered. When enemies know what they are on your side of the table, they're going to focus fire them with pie plates and meltaguns because they know they won't ever die to small arms fire. Pricy, yet effective. It certainly makes them very balanced in game.

  • overpower model in warhammer 40k is fine.

it what we want in warhammers 40 k chaos and destruction by ridiculous overpower model.

is the underpower model is the problem

  • why are there two first comments? Urrr i'm confused

  • Plague Marine = Me at saturday morning.

  • Last!

  • hi

  • first to say awesome video!!

  • Thanks!
