Love the video...but in the beginning you say something along the lines of "sell it to your customer like you would want it sold to you." I thought that was a big no no? The mistake a lot of folks make in selling is not being able to put themselves in their customers shoes after qualifying them? Why I like something is not necessarily the same reason why my customer likes the same thing. Know what I mean?
