Looks too good to be true. Such mobile-desktop integration won't reach consumer level without considerable engineering and marketing effort. Having a chip (Cortex A-15) that has the potential to enable all these functions is one thing; implementing such tightly integrated UI/UX is quite another, imho.
This video is more unrealistic than religion. THe plausibility could be boosted from it's current 0 level to 100 level by having movie in cab interrupted by the urgent message of a job layoff, foreclosure and a divorce.
Looks very cool indeed, but what about the battery? I can barely go half a day without recharging, and it seems like OMAP5 wouldn't last 10 minutes with current batteries. It's like batteries technology is in a bit of a standstill, or at least in no way nearly as quick in evolving as all other technology seems to be.

TI says it uses 60% less power than omap 4.
Also HTC claims smartphones will use less power via better software. Batteries won't soon expected to be far better than now.

It's like an Embedded System/SW/HW Engineer's wet dream :-))))
However, it makes a clear statement that the area is evolving with light speed. Survival of the fittest....
