Thats not always entirely true, the rule resides on actualy property itself. As in doors, windows or the walls of the house itself. Ive seen NON toys doing really amazing pieces on the fences of houses, for instance you're "not" supposed to do it on public cars. That doesnt count on lorys vans and trucks, considering i always see it.
