No one should say this tajik or uzbek etc.but in afghanistan even today and youngsters still say this hazara or this kabuli guy lol like seriously were all afghan in the end.but you gotta remember when a person speaks with an accent and you dont know what it is,your parents will tell you he is khandari or tajiki from afghanistan or even speaking uzbek in afghanistan is common as well. From what I can say afghanistan speaks farsi
