@skeletinjsh Dunno the exact wording but they were just confirming that it was cannon. They put in a gay pairing that don't actually get together in most of their stories. To show to people (children and adults alike) that being in a relationship with someone of the same gender isn't a taboo subject. e.g Watanuki and Doumeki in xxxHolic.

It's a Drama CD, you can find it here on youtube if you're interested~ Basically it's a alternate universe where all the characters of xxxHolic and Tsubasa go to school together, and the adults are teachers. Fay is the cooking teacher, Kurogane is the P.E. instructor, and Yuuko is the principal~
