  • ... Is there a way to find out how long the property recorded information will take to update or is there another dept. I need to goto to get the information? This has also happened in another state, too. Thank you in advance.

    I have a question about searching the tax records for the investor. Let's say an offer was accepted on a home in Arizona on September 4th, and it's now Nov. 13th. I search the address on the county assessor website, and it pulls up that Chase still owns the property and the tax bill goes to their mailing address. I've gotten that on a lot of the homes that've sold around that time, in different cities, including owner occupied properties...
