im sorry to pop everyones bubble but that is definatly photoshopped and its much more probable that the ring on booths finger is most definatly not his! David Boreanaz has said they have only shot up to the seventh episode and she doesnt have the baby untill after that so they couldnt have had the baby yet and i cant imagine that in the space of seven episodes they've got married. just saying.

Also you might want to watch the episode before the season finale which is called (the hole in the heart) and that episode explains the season 6 finale a little better :D
