HARDLY ANY DIFFERENCE AT ALL TBH IT'S JUST THAT DUBSTEP FANS ARE A BIT PRETENTIOUS & LIKE TO DISASSOCIATE THEMSELVES FROM GRIME...

But seriously, grime is basically just dubstep with everything toned down so the MC can be heard, most grime generally uses a 1/2 time beat at 140 BPM but not always...and grime has more complex drum patterns & uses a more "hip-hopish" approach to sampling..
