not good. i bought an xbox 360 refurbished system from them and i got it with the RROD (defective). I sent it back for another one and I got another one with the same thing! Broken! Now it seems they won't give me a cash refund... Only store credit...
Same thing here, except I bought a refurb Asus monitor, fortunately it stopped working within warranty but I had to pay return shipping. With shipping and recycling fee I wasted $45 on this place and nothing to show for it.
After I spend my store credit, I will not shop there again.

very competitive prices, excellent products..
I got barebone kits and assembled , its fantastic.
I recently checked their site for 1 or 1.5 TB hard drives, and it's very dissappointing not to see much choices..
