Make no mistake this is the best cover band on earth.....and i dont mean that flippantly. Their arrangements of old classics are truly superb..reckon there is'nt a song book standard they cant do
Hey, Musicians dont live forever, but sometimes they live longer than others. T-bone did a ton of work in his life for years and it will stay with us. Jimi hendrix was really only on the scene for 3 good years. and look at his legacy. T-bone did what he did best , make us feel happy
Love it! Thanks for posting 4dangler, this video makes me happy. I particularly like Robbie Krieger's solo. He looks a bit out of it, but he nails it! PS What is with the sunglasses gentlemen? Not enough sleep the night before?
@orbeyed - what I see happening there is merely a gestural hiccup... absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. This is one of my favorite LFDH episodes... I can't imagine who can step in to fill for T-Bone, if I was part of the troupe I'm sure I'd feel utterly devastated. Personally, I think the man is simply irreplaceable but in life we are constantly being told that none of us is all that precious. I lean on the understanding that we are unique loving creatures meant to create greater love.
@recovering16 this is a dream team isn't it? I'm still terribly missing T-Bone though... I can't watch LFDH without thinking of him. Maybe because my mother died in 2009, it seems to me now life is so ephemeral and delicate. Love is definitely everlasting and I think that means every time it hurts, it's a reminder of that imperishable zing.
Soooooo miss T-Bone Wolk! His antics crack me up! Love his larger-than-life personality

Guitar players will come and go. Will the love and respect ever be gained by another Guitar player? Truly a family affair .... RIP T Bone.
