  • Bought one of these for 8 bucks today but it had no cup, found measurements here also had tape but my tape player is long gone so thanks for posting this video.

  • Thanks, I lost my instructions years ago and this really helped out. I had my friends over for dinner and all their little boy eats is pasta and he got a real kick out of seeing being made.

  • Just bought one of these puppies for 5 bucks at a yard sale. Thanks so much for posting this!!!!

"Pushpin theft"! "Highly repetitive stock music". Freakin hillarious.

The tips for cleaning are very helpful!

  • I lost my manual. I did not know how to clean it. This video is a great help. Thank you so much!

  • Just relieved my mother-in-law of this pasta maker (on the top shelf of her closet, new, never out of the box) and was dismayed to find no instruction booklet or support materials in the box! How great to be able to view this video (loved it and the narration, by the way). Thank you for posting. Thanks, too, all, for the comments about the dangerous spinning blades and defunct safety feature--I'll keep it in mind when using the machine.

  • This is hilarious!

Thank you for taking the time to post and helping find out how to use this machine.

  • Decided to use my pasta machine and could not find the instructions. Thank you very much for posting this video. You saved the day!

  • Mary is hot! She is what like 60 by now? :p

  • thank you so much, since then I have been cleaning out cupboards and found the measuring cup. Good think I saw what it looked like in the video or else it would have gone in the trash...lol

  • do u still need the booklet? i forgot i had this email account. I scanned the book into 8 pages in jpg format.

    don

  • @Don92649

Hello Don. If you still have the jpg of the manual could you also email it to me at tyson@jontyson.com, thanks!

I managed to find the measurements to replace the (I lost it) measuring cup but still am looking for the manual.

    Thanks again!

    Jon

  • @jonrtyson

Do you have the manual u could email me pls I got the pasta express at an auction no manual and when I try to extrude the pasta wont come through

  • @Sunflowersue61 I have a manual now and some other info. Send me your email at tyson@jontyson.com and I'll send it all. BE CAREFULL, some of them will turn on even with the lid open and people have lost fingers so unplug if you take top off while working.

  • I have this machine and it still works great. I could use a new knob on the front but a regular nut works for now. I have the original instruction manual and the 'special edition' recipe book. If someone still needs anything from these I probably could scan them and fax or email them

  • Hi, I'm so glad to have found this on here. I have this machine but no instruction booklet and also the measuring cup is missing, so not sure about the correct amounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

  • Here are the measurements of the pasta cup.

I derived these measurements by filling the cup up with water and then using a regular measuring cup to measure the water. The measurements didn't fall nicely using "cups" so I went with the "ounces" listed on the other side of the measuring cup. It's one of those clear liquid measuring cups by pyrex.

There are 3 lines on the pasta cup:

    all eggs - 8 oz

    2 eggs & water - 7 oz.

    all water - 6 oz.

When the container is completely full, it's 15 oz.

  • @mcpeaku2b

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU !!!! I've been searching and searching for this bit of information. You are wonderful for posting it!

I know this reply may seem a little 'over the top' but I've had this machine for a few years [bought it used]. It came with the instruction booklet, all the dies and rest of the parts, EXCEPT for the measuring cup. I haven't had any idea where to start to make the pasta recipes.

  • @Don92649

I would greatly appreciate it if you could email an instruction manual.

  • Thanks for the video - I just bought one from the thrift store - It came with the VHS tape still in the plastic - but I don't have a VHS player at home and youtube is so much easier! Love the video.

  • Don't laugh but I was actually looking for this video, because I lost the instruction manual

  • I'm glad to hear it. I couldn't find my instruction manual, and couldn't find one online. I saw others were looking too, so I decided to transfer my VHS tape to the computer in case others needed it. Hope you enjoy your bread!

  • Is that really the original voice over? I don't remember it being comical.

  • I have the original instruction tape and that is indeed the voice on the tape.

  • that's actually kind of funny.
