If you watch the second video he picks up the carbine and walks down to the shooting range, loads the magazine and fires the rifle.
The ammo is relaoded, using recovered/recycled lead from the backstop berm, the lead is melted cast and loaded into cases that have been polished, deprimed sized primed powder charged and bullet eat and taper crimped.
It was in the mud-pudle a few minutes.
