great tips.. I think an important part of the wrist hinge is how strong the grip is. If you have a weak left hand then your wrist hinge will be minimal....being able to train that wrist hinge will be dependant on how good your grip is

Some of the best explanation of what the wrists do in the swing. Also the feel of the right wrist hinging to the max and on the follow thru the left one feeling the same. Just great
