The cool thing is that tactics are VERY important here.

For instance: You can beat a large ship with a small one if you move its maneuverability and canons to cripple the big ship's ability to steer.

omg, finally!!!! Ive watched the movie "master and commander: far side of the world" and I have been obssessed with 18th century naval warfare for over 3 years, and now finally, there is a game in which will fullfil my want for it!!!!!!!! yay!!!!!!!

I'm gonna play Russia, France, Ottoman Empire, especially Ottoman Empire, I cant wait to use all my elephants and bayonet charge the whole battle hehehehehehe

All you guys knocking France are retarded, they were a major contributor in stopping the mongols from pushing further into Europe, they we a dominant power in the medieval ages, they helped save America's ass in the Revolutionary War (fighting England in their other colonies, as well as contributing direct military support later), Napoleon conquered as much as Hitler did, without the use of tanks and plains mind you.
