The teacher and the students are together responsible for creating a fruitful learning environment. If the teacher is not up to it, they can at least do their part. Decide as a group that they want to learn, take their subject seriously, ask the teacher to go over the relevant lessons with them, then also tell the principal about the teacher's classroom management.

I know this teacher and he like many others at Fordson have suffered greatly due to a lack of support from the principals in dealing with student discipline. You can do almost anything and not get suspended. It's no wonder why we fall behind the other high schools with our test scores and there seems to be fights breaking out every hour. Changes need to be made!

@youngeststar no buddy, theres no control. teens will be teens. these same teens go to another classroom and pay attention because their teacher has more control over them. no teenager would sit down and pay attention unless you make them. its the teachers that need more organization regardless of how smart the teacher is.
