OM is good ! or try OM NAMAH SHIVAYA
or JAI MA or JAI GANESHA I am not
a Hindu Swami so handing out Mantras is not
what I am qualified to do...but check out your
local yoga studio, many good teachers there, and
they may have a Mantra for you...or contact the
Vedanta Society...or make up your own!
