In many cases, if a scratch, or pit was in a non-critical visual area it was simply noted in aircraft records and left alone.

But I spent enough time looking at canopies to know what that is.

And it is not any object outside of the aircraft doing the filming, as you can see with the other lighter and smaller blemishes are also moving at the exact same degree as the darker items. (one smaller and one larger)

Well actually, since it's out in the open, this TR3 is not the Cham it's the PiComm. They are in full real-time testing over semi-populated areas. The international effort (in the TR Project) makes it mandatory for the UAVs and PACs to be tried in any given area of the world, both treaty & non-treaty nations. The tech is not new (relatively speaking) but some improvements are already lightyears ahead of 10 yrs ago. Look for stranger things in the near future...;)
