Mayweather is the best. I want to see him beat Cotto just to shut fans up but if he stay retired I'm cool with that. But nobody gets me on the edge of the seat when watching a fight live like Mayweather did.
About people saying he's ducking and blah blah. Even if Mayweather beat Cotto, then someone would name other boxer that Mayweather should fight. There is always someone out there that people will say he should fight or he is ducking. It's stupid really.

Anyone who's saying that mayweather is not a good BOXER and hasn't fought anybody good really doesn't know much about boxing at all. Mayweather is a masterfull BOXER. Alot of people dont appreciate the skills he has. If u just like power, knockouts, brawls and stuff like that then fair enough. one thing u should know about professional boxing is that judges HATE to see fighters run. IF YOU RUN YOU WILL LOSE! it is the staple of almost EVERY pro judge in history. brought on by regulation and insistance to make fights more entertaining. FLOYD DOESENT RUN he tags his opponents HARD and ALOT! and he can be just as hard to hit 3 inches from u then 3 meters from u.

Hopkins did beat calzaghe aswell. 115-112.. floyd aswell as Hopkins connected wit cleaner punches n controlled d fight showing great ring generalship.. cal-Hops was close since cal landed alot, but they was inneffective slaps compared to BHop who hurt cal on more than one occasion..

Idiot! Mosley lost to Forrest twice at welterweight(147 lbs) and Cotto so that's three losses. Forrest than lost the WBC title to Mayorga, the WBA champ. Who lost the WBC/WBA title's to Cory Spinks the IBF champ. Spinks lost the titles to Judah in there second fight. The fourth title (WBO Title) is not credited by most as a "world" title.

Zab, DLH, Hatton, Castillo, Corralas, Manfredy, Hernadez all were known for there power, some of them have a better KO% then Cotto, and none of them knocked out or knocked down Floyd, so whats your point? to beat Mayweather style you have to box him, make him come to you, he doesnt like to fight coming forward, that will take him out his game, and boxers hate boxers. Cotto is not that kind of fighter, Judah was the only one that ever made Floyd look bad, and it was cause of power.

judah did not make floyd look bad, he came to fight, that's it, only to be broken down systematically throughout the whole fight. judah wan round 2 imo and round 4, thst'd it. he lost round 3 and in the round that he knocked floyd down in, floyd really never went down, his glove touched the canvas, and he rocovered fast as shit, from a flash hit by zab when floyd was off balance, and floyd made judah look desperate, he will do the same with cotto. and floyd fights well coming forward when needed

only fight i give Floyd credit for was the Hatton fight, but hey Baldomir is a piece of shit, and the DLH fight was pretty controversial, u don't win a championship fight by running away and only answering with ur right hand, Floyd threw what like only 2 or 3 combos the whole fight, and DLH who was champion kept the pressure on, to be champ u gotta go after the champ not run away from him, look at what happened DLH vs. Trinidad, Tito kept on the pressure giving him the win.

Judah coming off a 400 day layoff, and Cotto fighting a past prime Mosley, and Mosley could have won the fight but he let Cotto run away in the last 3 rds, besides that Mosley only won 3 out of his 7 biggest fights. Margarito is really his biggest test, cause this is the first time hes fighting a Bigger guy, and he's dangerous and wont stop coming, to really beat him Cotto will have to depend on boxing more then presure.
