(Yes I'm judging them on transport ability) Kennett was not the best premier in the world, he was an idiot, that's all that I've had to say selling off everything has left Victorian paying more with power and water bills, as well as transforming society into a cold heartless, greedy one.

Jeff Kennett was by far the best premier Vict has ever had. He made tough decisions & got our state running.
