I didn't even know they closed it down until just a few minutes ago :( It was one of those places I always wanted to go see, closest I ever got was that 3D walk-through thing they had on the net or maybe on a disc, I can't really remember. Broke my heart to see it all bare and repainted.
I remember going into the studios for Welcome freshman. staying behind after the tour of Welcome freshman was over and they were taping so Chris Lobban saw me and i took his picture i was so happy then but then how do I get out the doors were opened and then I ran for it and got out through a door a girl want out of. That was exciting
We would have gotten ya good, if you were the lucky kid. Sometimes we had a little too much slime for the final dumping and the 'volunteer' would get absolutely covered. Yes, they laughed just as much as we did. I think if you asked any of us about Game Lab (from the first cast), we would instantly get smiles on our faces thinking of that show.
I was lucky enough to be one of the original Game Lab crew in the early 90s. We had as much fun doing the show as you did participating. It's nice to hear you guys had a great time too. It really sucks it's gone. It was great for kids.
I was there in 1995. Man I wish the good old times. I got my picture taken with doug and the rugrats. I have a picture of me sitting in THOSE BLEACHERS. LOL I also have a picture of me by an Eureeka's Castle Sign out side of the studios, Anyone remember that sign??? Good Times.
It's not the blue man groups fault for Nick studios being shut down, it's universal studios fault. They looked at the attractions to see which attraction is making the least amount of money. So they did what they did.
It's not even Universal Studios fault. It's actually nickelodeon's fault because they decided to stop producing live action shows which is what the studios was used for

I agree. I think the last show that was tape there was the Amanda Show. Then after the Amanda show went off the air they stop using it. You are right

The amanda show was cancelled after 3 seasons. All That was the last show to be filmed there actually :(
