  • idk how u did it but u forgot his press slam off the irish whip. look at some his wwf footage also.

  • Not a nice man by all accounts.

  • Front drop kick from the top rope to a kick up. The ultimate perfection.

  • Comment removed

  • His suplex was great

  • Chris Benoit and Davey Richards, two men who not only loved professional wrestling but also embraced it as their entire lives, both idolized the Kid, which should say a lot about the man.

  • bret hart says it all the dynamite kid is the best pound for pound wrestler to ever live

  • Awesome stuff as always. Dynamite's matches with Sayama are some of my favorites.

  • I think that that is either Benoit or Eddie Gurraro in the tiger mask.

  • Benoit did his snap suplex, back drop suplex, clothesline, superplex, and diving headbutt.

  • Bret Hart borrowed the superplex from dynamite

  • WOW Benoit didn't just look up to Dynamite he basically copied his style. Benoit vs Dynamite that would be the ultimate match up.

  • @banag11 Wrestling fans, retard.

  • He made the superplex

  • Even the innovator of the diving headbutt (Harley Race) regrets that he invented the move..

  • that looks like king from tekken

  • Love how explosive DK was in the ring. He had a bad reputation for hurting people in the ring, though. I still wouldn't wish his current sad state on him.

  • Dynamite Kid > Chris Benoit > Bryan Danielson

  • His snap-suplex was fun to watch, back in the day. The one shown in this video isn't his best....but damn, it was fast!

  • hahahaha hes just beatin the shit out of one guy this whole time

  • As far as pure talent goes, this guy might well be the best of all time.

  • @SaUrOrNiThOiDeS Bret Hart certainly shares that opinion.

  • Have the use of the diving headbutt paralyzed him in his later years SD?

  • The move certainly didn't help. He also suffered an injury due to a ring malfunction, and came back too soon.

  • @TheSuicidalDragon Also he had back surgary and was told after that he can't ever wrestle again, but he ignored his Doctors and went straight back to Japan.

  • Far and away my favorite wrestler ever. I idolized Dynamite growing up.

  • Great athlete and way ahead of his time, but just like he case with Jimmy Snuka, I can't believe how much of a fucked up human being he was. (FYI, Jimmy Snuka killed his girlfriend while coked up and got let off the hook, you can find the police statements online, just a few click's on Google).

  • Jesus, he almost killed Tiger Mask with that belly to back suplex!

  • The Dynamite was an AMAZING Wrestler! x0]

  • Dynamite Kid was 10-15 years ahead of his time at his best in Japan.

  • You forgot the famous multiple syringe injection.

  • Dynamite Kid was such a stiffer

  • Dynamite Kid got the best Snap Suplex

  • Dynamite Kid is one of the biggest lies the IWC has ever created. He's an okay worker, and he wrestled fast paced matches. However, he wasn't revolutionary, Tatsumi Fujinami, Kengo Kimura, and Steve Keirn were wrestling his style of matches better than him, years before Dynamite even got to New Japan.

  • @1robdougherty You mean while Dynamite was mastering it in Calgary or back when he carried the London promotion on his back as a teenager. Fujinami was great too but you actually think that Skinner was in their league? Keirn only looked fast because he was compared to a broken down Graham and a fat Rhodes.

  • @nathanburns Name me good Dynamite Kid matches from New Japan. His matches vs Tiger Mask were so poorly structured, all they look like are modern day Indy matches. Go back and watch them, they aren't any good.

  • @1robdougherty He was doing great stuff in stampede before he got to New Japan. How can you deny the fact that his matches with Tiger Mask(Sayama) haven't been practically a blueprint for many cruiserweights to this day. I can respect you thinking he is overrated, but a lot of people in the business will tell you in the ring he was great. Overly stiff perhaps, but still great. Out of the ring he was a jerk. Plus I think a lot of guys respected that he was legit tough & could shoot if needed.

  • Dynamite Kid fucked up Ray Mysterio with all the super moves

  • @imdpower108

Did you happen to notice the tiger mask on his opponent?

    Tiger Mask not Rey Mysterio

  • Thank you for making this! You know you can ask many legends who their favorite wrestler and matches they were in and they have or will say against Dynamite Kid. Very underrated he is!

  • Pound for pound one of the best , who has a better skill set now ?

  • can there ever have been a better in ring performer, if there has i aint seen him

  • @gazzaladdy yea right dynamite kid sucks

  • @vivilakers have a day off son, u dont know what your on about

  • DK was freaking awesome, wish he had a better life today...

  • Nobody does a better snap suplex.

  • That belly to back was sick...

  • Greatest wrestler of all time!

  • Like always...Excellent job Suicidal....all your work and videos...excepcional quality..

  • wow watching dynamite shows me how much Benoit copied his style

  • Man you can really tell that he trained Chris Benoit. The hooking clothesline are practically the same, the diving headbutt, the snap suplex. But I wonder if DK trained benoit in stu hart's dungeon because i was always told he trained there.

  • @tOugE100 DK Didn't train him, benoit just looked up to him and learned his style from watchin him. He only wrestled him once before he retired from his injuries so he couldnt train him.......would of been good if they had a few tag matches though wouldnt it?? can you imagine, theyd of complimented eachothers style

  • @shaneanthonypearson1 or could you imagine a double diving headbutt? Or DK do a superplex then benoit do a diving headbutt combo would be nice too

  • Can you upload the top ten moves of davey boy smith?

  • that snap suplex and diving headbutt still impress me today when i see them.

  • Benoit idolized a great wrestler.

  • Donky Kong is not better than Dynamite Kid.

  • Nope, that would be Tiger Mask.

  • @oregonian1997 : Rey Mysterio was a teenager back when Dynamite Kid wrestled. It's not him , and these Japanese wrestlers are from AJPW (ALL JAPAN PRO WRESTLING).

  • @oregonian1997 Just because he's wearing a mask doesn't mean he's Rey Mysterio.

  • @oregonian1997 you SICKEN MEEEEE

  • @oregonian1997 Rey Mysterio isn't that old, dude.

  • Dk's backdrop...yikes

  • Watch that superplex again...i swear that looks like Benoit.

  • he trained benoit

  • Benoit was trained by Stu Hart.

  • my bad but benoit did emulate dynamites moves, I assumed he learned some of his moves from him seeing as how he was a big fan of his himself.

  • @TheSuicidalDragon i like how u respect all brands, and that ur not a smark

  • i've never seen a gutwrench that looked like it hurt like that. and man what a belly to back suplex! it's obvious that chris benoit idolized DK

  • WTF..?? That's belly to back suplex is a homicide attempt

  • I remember DK once snap suplexing the 300 something Barry Darsow (Known as Smash at the time) and Ventura who was commentating went "WOW, I bet the Kid can snap suplex ANYONE!". Very cool comment from a cool customer.

Kid is one of the best ever seen, and its a damn shame he had that mysterious falling out (keep reading diff stories) with his couz. Guess Kid had the last laugh tho, he was the one who introduced Davey Boy to steroids............

    Great vid

  • Never forget DK beating Mark Rollerball Rocco,

  • DK is easily in everybodys Top Ten Workers who know simething about good Wrestling. He was his Time ahead and his Way to Wrestle was unique.

  • Your use of capital letters throughout that reply is also unique.

  • i couldnt agree more with the DK and Davey Richards comparison. Both in look, build, aggression and style. Cant wait to see what they do with Richards in ROH becasue he would make a great heavyweight champ

  • So much hang timne with that headbutt. And those ropes looked loose in the first clip.

  • Jesus Christ, that Belly to Back was one sick stinger O_O And M. Dropkick into kip-up was just awesome. Wish Morishima could do that ;)

  • I know davey don't like to be compared but i think Davey Richards is a mirror image of Dynamite Kid at this point in his career

  • DK actually innovated the superplex, right?

  • Correct.

  • I didnt know DK innovated the superplex! Thats wassup. I learned something new today. lol

  • one of the greatest ever.

  • don,t say that to bob levy....doooonnnn,tttt biiiiitttteee tttttthhhhee hhhhaaannnnd tttthhhat,,,ffffeeeedddds yooooouu

  • 1 of the best of all time shame he fuckt him self up like he did

  • apparently every single user of the diving headbutt has suffered long time injuries

  • Anyone know if there is a benoit top ten?

  • I've got one, yeah, as do a few others.

  • Did Hiriyoshi Tenzan work or idolized Dynamite Kid. Because his move setup is a little like Dynamite's

  • I like his moves but as far as a wrestler, I can't respect him.

What happen to him is what I call Karma.

  • hes a great wrestler but in real life hes all fucked up

  • Great technician, but a tragic story.

  • Easily one of the top 10 wrestlers ever. Unfortunately also one of the more tragic stories in wrestling, too.

  • Wow, after watching this top ten, I'm beginning to realize how much he must have influenced Benoit's wrestling. Their styles are so similar.

    Great list, once again.

  • Benoit idolized Dynamite.

  • yeah for sure. i can see benoit in the clip.

  • one of the greats no doubt. maybe the greatest british wrestler ever.

  • That Belly-to-Back was awesome.

  • The Supexes (Gutwrechn, Snap and Belly to Back) were perfect. And no words can describe how good he performs the Superplex.

  • Good policy, SD - I love the dynamite kid, one tough SOB and he doesn't regret anything he's done.

I recommend his book "Pure Dynamite".

  • Much better than the other top 10 of him, at least this one has a Superplex. Credit to him for inventing it.(Look at my name)

Speaking of Not knowing Wrestlers, how much do you know about the people you do top 10's on?

I was just wondering because, you do top 10's from just about every Era and Arena in Wrestling History, There's just so much to know.

  • I'm gifted in the sense that I have an incredibly good memory when I set myself to remembering something. I can honestly find a match I want to use, and can almost always pinpoint exactly where the move I'm looking for is.

  • Wow.

  • that's why I love watching SD's top tens. He expands your mind on wrestling all over the world.

  • indeed..thanks for your awesome posts SD!!

  • He didn't invent the superplex. The top-rope one maybe, but the Super Destroyer was the 1st I saw use it.

  • What sort of Superplexes are there other than Top Rope Ones? LOL.

  • It was a suplex from the middle rope. People like the Super Destroyer and Bob Orton Jr. used it as their finisher.

  • perfect snap suplex
