Those fountains arent so pretty anymore, since they put the big drums & plastic around them, & the water looks all murky now 4 sum reason. Is this going 2 b the City of Bremerton's ONLY solution 2 underwater lights getting broke by kids playing in the fountains?? Just waiting 4 the "Dont play in the fountains" signs 2 go up... Guess it was too good to be true??
