looks like you have a split down the you should get that fixed i saw this thing on how to make them all like plastice and stuff and i did to mine trying to take it off and cracked like a flake hehe but its all fixed and good now so try it

@95z28onjuice had a flowcrapper on my car for about a day. I had true duals on my lt1, do yours come out the rear of the car? how is daily driving the cc306? what kind of power are you making
@willymywonka Dumps before the axle for nowmthere coming off nest week for the new set up. i work 5 mins from home so driveing to and frm work is like the 1/4 to work and the 1/4 mile home. power is over 400rwhp This motor can handle double that with boost or nitrous. Rides very nice and picks the front up quick
this is a pretty cool thing to do... pull the shift stick all the way back to the 2. then pull back hard and it will actually lock into 1st! its a pretty cool trick to have a dedicated 1st gear in an lt1 automatic!
@xz28camaro dude i read this and tried it you are fucking awsome take the cover off and the right side of the bumpy roller thing there is a stopper use a file and u have first gear without forcing it goes right in 1st
@Smokie420ish Thats from to much power and No subframe connectors. I hit the No2 one day and the car lifted up the front tires and it cracked the dash. i was pissed and bought connectors
@95z28onjuice I am not saying I don't believe cause I wasn't there but my bird has cracks and it is from the way the windshield sits and how the dash was made of cheap shit.The sun bakes it the top of the dash and from constant heat and cooling off it cracks the top of the dash.
@Smokie420ish this vid has ported heads and a duel shot 150 first stage and 100 second. also has 17x11 rims and 315 drag radials and spins like crazy unless the tires are hot. my Dash was perfect and i launched the car after new gears and the stock tune and it was crazy. The car is nuts now and is no longer a street car
@95z28onjuice Lol at least it is just the dash and not something major.If you had a strut brace it probably would have helped keep the frame from bending as much. They don't cost too much for one. I would hate to pay for your drag radials.
@Smokie420ish Well i have had my share with major damage. the rear end has blown up a few times,the trans has had all kinds of issues. The tires are expensive and thats why i went to 15x10 rears with drag tires and 15x3 front runners. the slicks are worth the money
@95z28onjuice Yeah I hear when you start to put some power in the motor the 10 bolts are shit. Your 4L60E transmission can handle up about 400 hp and tq with out any modding.
@95z28onjuice JW did you rebuild it yourself. Cause a shop will charge you any from $800-$1500 to do that. Make sure you do simple maintaince to your tranny like replace the fluid and filter. Many ppl do not relieze that they have to replace these every 10,000-15,000 mile.
@Smokie420ish im a level 4 service technition and a 10+ year Drag car builder. I have built many many Trans rears and motors in my time. You dont need to replace trany fluid that often unless you tow a trailer

the walbro pump is the best all around for the lt1/ls1 and the l98 cars out there. they install just like the factory pump without any mod's. and just so you know almost any intank pump for these cars is made by walbro,the bbk,granitelli,accell, and most othere pumps are made by walbro.
it was doing thats because of two diffrent reasons. the first was the fuel pump was not supply enuff fuel. the othere was the maf sensor was very dirty
the tune i used was a data log type and dyno, band we would reflash after each 10-20min data run. remember this was the first tune and run with the new cam installed. after alot of tuning and fixxes here and there its out of this world. i dare the ls guys to bring it. wait my car is all stock i swear!
when this vid was taken, it had stock injectors in it. stock MAF and ported stock heads. it was lean for a while til i found outthat the MAF was not reading correct and the map sensor had a piece of oil sludge from the stock set-up stuck in it so it would not run in speed dencity mode. now that all thats fixxed and the new block she runs better than ever. over 500hp at the wheels w/o nos.
@1969pontiac406 This was a 1st tune, new cam set-up that was not even dialed in yet. but That said it was still faster than a full bolt on ls car that got the jump and i still pulled 3 cars on him and i was stupid and lean as hell past 3300rpm.
worlds91 i caint not share that info over the web. there are those out there trying to gun this car down. i will say its big! this is the first tune on this car and this vid only shows a little of what this car is.
wally you need to figure out what your over all goal for the car is before you spend any money on the car. if you dont do this yoy will waste money and time in the long run. if i did anything first i would do full exhaust and intake after that new springs cam roller rockers pushrods.
it had the stock injectors 24lb during this run with a very easy tune to break everything in and see where we were at, she went veryvery lean at 3000rpm all the way to 7k.
Hey what route would you suggest me taking on my 95 z28 (check my vids if you'd like)? Gears (3.73s and stall) or pacesetters with cutout because I may need to get a tune for either one. I have 1200 dollars to play with and already have magnaflow, CAI and jet perf parts chip.

depends on speed, but around 50mph is like 2500-2800rpm not that bad at all if you have the car tuned.
