Regarding the name change, is your hope to be fully accepted as female? If so, wouldn't a more typical female name work better? Odd or unusual names tend to result in greater questioning by those who meet you, especially if you don't pass 100%

@ProFriend Yes, my hope is to be totally accepted as female. As for passing, I'm already quite good at passing when I desire to, and when I don't for that matter. I recently held my first sustained conversation (for 15 minutes or so) with someone who kept making it obvious he saw me as female).

I am not intending to keep a gender neutural name, I use a fully female name with people I'm closest too, but at the moment, with the word as a whole,I feel more comfortable with a gender neutural name
