Jacking rhymes is one thing but sampling beats is another. Sampling music or beats has always been a part of Hip-Hop culture. On the other hand, i never saw any similarities between MC Eiht's 1994 version of "All 4 Tha Money". If you listen closely to both songs, Frost version has himself rapping about low-lows, kush and cursing on a sunday afternoon. Eiht's version has himself rapping about the struggles of being poor and having to jack people for money just to make a living.
