Yes, wild turkeys live through the winter and our domestic turkeys are no different. Our turkeys will roost up high in the trees through ice storms, thunder storms, every kind of weather.

What breed of turkey are the toms? They are very pretty! So I guess two toms get along just fine. I thought they would fight like roosters but I guess not!
I've always raised barred Plymouth Rocks(15+yrs) & they have the run of the farm. Would Bronze turkeys get along with them, do you think? (& each other...I've heard that Tom turkeys can get aggressive......don't want them wandering into the coop harassing hens,etc.
Or do you raise yours separately?

Those Royal Palms look really nice. What kind of chicken was that that had the white with black markings? That one looked like an ornamental bird, too.
