  • Haha this movie gets completely disproved, this guys a jackass lier.

  • I WONDER IF AMERICA HAS WATCHED THIS! BY THE WAY, I'M AN AMERICAN MYSELF HOWEVER I'M NOT THE TYPICAL OBESE LAZY AMERICAN. I EAT FROM MOTHER NATURE ONLY AND I'M PRETTY ACTIVE. PLEASE SHUT DOWN FAST FOOD CHAINS.

  • @ajhrockerboy6 I begt your skin and bones and weak

  • Put me completely off Mcdonalds. Thank you Morgan.

  • I was eating McDonald's while watching this :)

  • ughh had to watch this in 6th grade RIGHT BEFORE LUNCH FOR A WEEK!!!

  • Comments In A Nutshell: Blame The People...

  • There are McDonalds all over the world, how come not everyone is fat? Oh wait, that's right: self-control. Eating massive amounts of porkchops at a Chinese restaurant can get you bloated just as fast.

  • my teacher told me to watch super size me coz imalways on about McDonalds but it did not make a diffrence at all

  • @misscatlover9 fucking fat ass

  • im getting hungry

  • mcdonald's rocks and always will.........

  • smh , mad stupid I will never do that . I only weigh 85 pound Doctor tell me to eat more . -__- NO I dont have to eat wtf

  • Its crazy how many ignorant people are on here saying it McDonalds fault when clearly its the one spending their money on it smh just stfu

  • Whenever I watch this, I want to work out and live off of fruits and vegetables.

However, once I'm done watching this, I'll go back to eating chips and McDonalds while sitting on the computer. :/

    Meh.

  • This whole experiment is fake for four reasons: 1) The health issues wouldn't happen to people with labor-intensive occupations, people that easily burn 20,000 + calories a day, 2) it would affect women far more than men, because men are more physically active, 3) this director had health problems prior to the experiment, and 4) he purposely choose to sit on his ass for a whole month when obviously he normally doesn't, gaining more weight by simply being lazy on purpose.

  • @AngeIsRockShow Hey there I'm not starting an argument or anything, but he says he is purposely going to be lazy and not walk as much as he usually does, and he gets tests done from doctors and they say he is over the average health level for his age and whatnot, anyway im not starting a fight just wanted to say ^_^

  • We r watching this in school

  • This movie is why McDonald's doesn't have super size any more... True story

  • he want kill his self

  • it literally put me off McDonald's for 5 years swear no joke this film really shocked me!

  • This movie was fucking awesome! And he made it very clear at the end that it isn't McDonald's fault, people CHOOSE to eat their everyday. That's not their fault.

  • This documentary is nothing but a bunch of bullshit watch the follow up documentary called Fat Head to learn the truth about your diet

  • Honestly, I don't think that Mcdonald's or fast food is the problem. I just think that it was a very stupid decision from a very stupid guy.

  • There are too many flaws in this study. I'd advise you to take it with a grain of salt.

  • We watched this films in school :D

  • Lok ffafii McShit haha

  • The trailer doesn't really show how hard-hitting the movie was

  • McShit, everyone who thinks their food tastes great have obviously never eat a good meal

  • @ffafii Amen to that the food there is really disgusting

  • McDonalds is good as long as you know your own limits. I like their food but I eat it only like 2 times a month not everyday lol!

  • BRAINLESS HOLLYWOOD CUNTS!

    '

This is the biggest bullshit documentary that has ever been created. You would suffer the same consequences with 90% of foods if you ate only a diet consisting of that one food. By the way, I have not eaten Macdonalds in two years (fitness freak).

  • @freedomjustice1995 You're so cool!

And he was doing this to show the consequences to people.

  • isnt this the same dud that went looking for osama bin laden !!

  • i only drink water

  • I'm hungry and i'm techincally in africa!

  • I eat mcdonalds once maybe twice a week is that ok?

  • @hannah58318 haha same i have to watch it too:)

  • I don't feel a bit sorry for people suing McDonald's, since EVERYONE knew it wasn't good for you. They ate at McDonald's at their own accord, it was their decision, no one put a gun to the back of their head and forced them to eat it, they have no one to blame but themselves. I think the lawsuits are frivolous, people just want to get out of taking care of themselves and erect a scapegoat that everyone can hate so they can blame someone else for their mistakes and get rid of any guilt feelings.

  • mcdiks is tottally addicting,i love it but not everyday n not every week! thats crazy its not ment to be lived off of,just for a treat every once in a while:)

  • @vicky46652 I agree. Its the people who just can't or don't want to realize when enough is enough. It's sad too because I'm a Freshman in Highschool and our Health teacher is 150 lbs overweight. Like really... come on people. And for having I think over 9million obese children in the US is crazy. Its the parents fault too. Tell you kids to put the fork down and when eating put some greens or at least some fruit. Or maybe have you kids drink V8 in the morning. This movie is sorta graphic too. SAD

  • Ewwwwwww I have to watch this for health!!! Never will I eat fast food a lit after I see this!! And btw I am underweight so I am not fat or anything!!

  • I've met Morgan, he's a really nice guy!

  • @TheMrTJWhite really where

  • @redarrow1001 He came to England to film something, and I was there and I talked to him for a wile, really nice guy. I told him to not eat to many burgers.

  • Hahahaha hillarious when he throws up....... same thing happened last night

  • I eat fast food every other day and im underweight, dunno why.

  • Why don't we just consider the idea that we all are the problem. The Fast Food companies and the people. Evidently, we love McDonald's so much that we decide to keep eating burgers and nuggets and what not, just to feed these companies money and our lives. These companies, too, sometimes lead to Ecoli and obesity. They love to "hide" their nutritional facts.

I've watched this documentary three times and I said to myself: "What a shame."

  • I threw up once after eating McDonalds. It only ever seemed to be with the Big Mac though. In moderation fast food isn't a problem, no one has any control anymore and McDonalds is very addictive. I think people need to watch this.

  • My health teacher made us watch this. All I can say is, I am off MccyD's for LIFE. They'll never get a dime from me for nothin' accept the soda. Morgan, you are crazy for making that documentary and I'll never know just how you got that idea but you have shown me the light!

I've persuaded my mother to stop eating there. Esp. The chicken McNuggets, that part made me want to almost never eat chicken again....

  • I have to watch parts of thus fir health class cuz if my teacher let's us watch it full he says we will throw up

  • we spent our half day watching this. Even though i've seen it before, it still makes me thank myself for never eating fast food.. its so gross. always has, always will.

  • It may be the peoples' fault (not china) but McDonald's is still unhealthy guys. It shows both that you should eat in moderation and not eat at McDonalds so much because it IS one of the most unhealthiest food establishments ever. @Kato00a The one above is for you

@Mrwhatsthatword That comment of yours is 100% true.

  • i already watched this movie in health class. omg he gained more than 25 pounds in 30 days

  • I have to watch this fer health class mite as well get a preview?........?

  • supersize this! *grabs dick*

  • ive been off maccas for about a month now. and its amazing, the longer you stay away from this food. the less and less you crave it

  • People who eat at McDonalds are mental midgets, not because it's bad for you, but because there are these things called

    "Carls Jr, Wendies, and Homemade"

  • I saw this movie many times and I still love mcdonald's,

  • @theo497 Haha yeah...I guess I'm not the only one anymore. I don't eat out this much and I really have to agree it's kinda the peoples fault..But we can't say that the "super-size" isn't tempting enough while it's there.

  • @theo497 Fat man is fat indeed so.

  • mcdeath

  • People who say they only eat at mcdonalds once a month are liars. Come on if the world has a weight issue you are obvious liars . Just admit you are wrong.

  • thumbs up if you watch this in health class

  • @pokezillafan312 i was watching it today

  • just like you have an off switch on your T.V. , you should use your mental "off " switch to determine when its appropriate to indulge in fast food, and when NOT too. TAKE OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR DECISIONS PEOPLE!

  • Don't hate this movie, it teaches us a lesson on what Mcdonalds can do to you if you eat too much without working out.

  • Mcdonalds is fine once a month or so, but people, you can't say it's Mcdonalds fault for making you fat. You control what you eat, and if you are going to eat big portions of it frequently, you're going to gain weight. Sure, this guy didn't make the greatest decision, but it was a brave choice and he survived, which is amazing. Mcdonalds does not have very healthy foods, but if you don't go there a lot and decide to eat it a lot and not control your weight. People are taking this TOO seriously.

  • If you watch Super Size Me backwards, it's about a guy losing weight by selling his vomit to McDonalds.

  • jeeze plp!! calm down! i know that its not McDonalds falt here but i think he only used McDolands because its the most popular. all fast food places will make u sick just as bad as McDonalds!

  • My opinion. The problem is NOT McDonalds. Of course you gonna get sick if you eat 3 extra high calorie meals a day for 30 days. It would be the same at Burger king, wendys, taco bell, kfc popeyes etc. Take a look at the guy with HP glasses, he is fine. I think the makers of this movie have a personal problem with mcdonalds. And you got that poor guy fired.

  • I will never eat Mcdonalds its horrible for u

  • it is ok to eat fast food, not alot, like once every month

  • Oh, so its mcdonalds forcing me to eat their food.... FUCK MCDONALDS FOR FORCING US TO EAT THEIR FOOD.

How dare they make helpless kids eat the food and make them fat!!

The parents have no chance to raise their kids because mcdonalds is shoving food down their throats!!

If you could not tell this is sarcasm, and i love mcdonalds. Double quarter pounder with cheese is the best. But now i cant get it super sized thanks to this ASSHOLE!

This guy is a fucking prick.

  • @chillowpillow Calm down, faggot. :D

  • @ILMxKenny You must be fat :D

  • @chillowpillow I'm not the one bitching. And no, I'm not fat. Try again.

  • @ILMxKenny I'm just saying, all they do with this movie is point the finger. And it doesn't help the fact that the people who do have a problem with eating are not taking responsibility for their own actions because of movies like this and realizing its not McDonalds fault.

  • @chillowpillow are you kidding me> this movie is not trying to say, " NEVER GO EAT AT MCDONALDS AGAIN", it is trying to show us what eating too much fast food will do to a person. learn the difference.

  • @tigers792 there are other way we dont have to put a persons life at stake

  • Man I remember this,I was watching this when I was a kid.Can anyone tell me where this came from?(Network)

  • It went from 1:04 to 1:05 at the start of the video

  • !Ewwwww! r u serious? There were maggots in your mcdonalds??????!

  • Make it Bacon!!!!!!

  • i used to love McDonalds till I was eating a cheese burger from there and ate half of it and the notices it had Maggots in it!! I was not only mortified but could not eat any food for weeks because I didnt understand how in the world this could Happen!! Plus it was a cheeseburger that could have been placed in a kids meal!!! who checks their kids food!!? Something has got to happen to our food industry it is horrable! the health dept. even tryed to protect McDonalds!!

  • press 5 repeatedly...

  • @DragonOnSteroids1 is that you?

  • This must be the original root of Epic Meal Time

  • Bîrútì'įdáñtûłöíń. Várüwęłšÿàçãńtùłîn. Qüá'įÿãłxâñrāšëtûrókø. Fîb'ńrá‘hhámÿúł'łétč'hhõrłçjä. Ámàðłåóóhúłîn. Âsúfääฺ‘.

  • McDonald's is retarded. They say that this movie was purely an irresponsible choice, a statement that I entirely agree with. But are you serious McDonald's? The movie shows what the hell you really put into your body, not DO NOT EAT AT MCDONALDS. If you ate nothing but McDonald's for a week not exercising more than 30 minutes a day, you could gain so much weight and not notice that you are at risk for heart problems, diabetes, etc. Good on Morgan Spurlock for doing this.

  • @Mrwhatsthatword Uhh, it's not Mcdonald's fault. People CHOOSE to eat there. People choose to eat there for breakfast lunch and dinner. You can't blame Mcdonald's for giving someone a heart attack, you blame the person because they wanted to eat the food. I can't believe you are putting blame on the fast food joint. What about the individual? What, does Mcdonalds use some sort of mind control and lures people to eat their food? NO IDIOT, the person decides then acts. What a brainless statement.

  • @Kato00a Actually junk food can create dependence as strong as heroin acording to some websites (just look them up) and Nature Neuroscience. In those cases the individual can just loose their ability to control what and how much they eat. If you ask me sure Mcdonald's is responsible for all this. They're selling you "drugs".

  • @Kato00a its like Pirates, THEY Chose to download, Pirate Bay only says: HEY! I have a fresh HollyWood movie.

    Pirate: ... Can... I... Borrow that =3

    PB: SURE!

    Pirate "83

  • @Kato00a Actually, it is. When you watch the commercials, they put information like: "Our patties are made from 100% beef.", "Try our healthy salads as an alternative!", etc.

Truth is those patties aren't 100% beef, and the salads are made with tons of processed food and dressings so you'd be better off getting a small fries. McDonald's is leading people into believing that their food is healthy but in reality, it isn't. Shame on them.

Stay in school young padawan, you will learn some day.

  • @Mrwhatsthatword No jedi, you are obviously not wise enough. Only an idiot would blame the fast food joint. So I guess free will and the responsibility of the person just goes out the window huh? And the problem is the fat people who are CONSTANTLY eating Mcdonalds. Eating Mcd's once a month doesn't hurt, but the people who do it everyday, that's the problem. So is mcdonald's still to blame when someone knows the food is bad, yet continues to eat there again and again and again?? Give me a break

  • @Kato00a You have a point.. ofcourse people want to eat there its booombb! Then again if we didn't have McDonalds people wouldn't eat it....right? So in a sense its McDonald's fault too...

  • @Mahmaaas How is it mcdonalds fault? Its mcdonald's fault because they are just there?? What a brainless statement. So the person who walks through the door, orders the food, and pays the money is not at fault? A person who knows the food is bad yet goes there day after day after day is not at fault? It's all mcdonald's b/c they just happen to be sitting there near your house? Fucking idiot. Ever heard of free will and responsibility? That's the problem, people don't want to take RESPONSIBILITY.

  • @Mahmaaas probably one of the weakest arguments i've ever heard. It is your decision to eat there, no one forces you. There are billions of healthier alternatives but people choose to go there. If we didn't have cigarettes people wouldn't smoke right ? How about if we didn't have earthquakes, no one had to die being crushed. Or why not abolish diseases ?

  • @Kato00a People in general don't like to take actions for own behavior. Probly why usa got all these fucked up cases in court. Time to grow up fucktards

  • @Kato00a

You need to put things in context: people have responsibilities for their lives and decisions. At the same time it´s ignorant to deny that marketing have a big influence.

And yes, McDonalds use "some kind of mind control" - it´s called marketing. If that wasn´t effective companies would not put millions on it.

So, is it the pushers or the potheads fault that people smoke?

By the way, you are kind of rude. Would your mummy appreciate that behvaiour?

  • @JerkerAndreas Get off your high horse. I'm not saying Mcdonalds doesn't have strong advertisement. I've said it's the the people who eat at MCdonald's every now and then is not the problem. It's the people who eat it every day and KNOW this food is bad for them. People go in there, knowing the food is not good and still eat it, ALL THE TIME. Thye make the decision day in and day out to eat there. They could stop at any moment, but they choose not too. It's all about the person.

  • @Kato00a Actually, people do lure people to go to Mcd. and Yeah people choose to eat there, but its rlly disgusting. You can save fries for years, and like regular food it wont even mold. Thats just how many chemicals they put on it. and Since when is salad suppose to have more calories than a burger? Thats gross. Its true, but really damn disgusting. and to good tasting food, there should be a health standard. Plain gross.

  • @Kato00a yes it is, because they sud make it healthier,

  • @Kato00a True, however explain why they advertise to kids. Like seriously, your missing the main points.... FatAss.

  • @lxMaDnEsSxl Did you just call me a fatass? HAhahaha! Get out of here you fucking troll. They advertise to kids like they do to every other person. And it's the parent's fault their kids are so fat. Again, RESPONSIBILITY, parents let their kids eat Big Macs, fries, 50 piece nuggets, etc. Who pays for the kid's food? The parents. The parents know the food is bad, yet some still bring their kids to Mcdonald's every other day. What main points? You haven't made an argument so shut the fuck up.

  • @Mrwhatsthatword u could eat at mcD everyday for the rest of your life and b fine. Just dont b stupid like this guy. I would of laughed so hard if he would of died making this movie. There is the guy n this movie who keeps count of how many big macs he has eaten..... looks very healthy!!!!! Dont b stupid. exercise eat and mcD and use common sense, unlike this guy n the movie.

  • @Mrwhatsthatword That is not entirely true. You could eat mcdonalds everyday and not gain anything and if you are overweight or obese you can actually lose weight doing it without exercise.

  • @Mrwhatsthatword Either way, McDonald's knows how to make a good fucking cheeseburger.

  • don't eat Mc Donalds, go get some KFC!! ;D

  • You idiots who actually think this movie is legit you've been mislead. This movie was bullshit. Fast food and McDs is barely a tiny percentage of why people are obese. The real reason are the snacks these fattys eat in between meals. Cheetos, cookies, Ben & Jerry's. Fast food isn't the problem its fine in moderation. And furthermore if you don't want it then don't eat it its that simple. Personal choice here.

  • This doc is the biggest sh*t ever. Its a doc about nothing. Its like making a doc to prove that if u eat 20Kg of oranges a day, u will end up in a hospital with a C-hypervitaminosis. Only a complete idiot would not understand that eatin 24/7 in Mcd is not healthy.. I mean if u eaten in the best restaurant in the world for 1 month and always asked for the high-calories meals u would end up in the same state as this moron who makes this doc. Mcd IS the SAFEST rest. on earth to eat btw (hygene etc

  • @iliavko I couldn't agree more.

  • is this a real documentary?

  • @Zooroonies yeah ;)

  • listen to the epic meal time dubstep, when watching this, its lol

  • I swear I watched this movie like 1,000 times. I legitimately loved it. It spawned my love for documentaries. I just watched this new documentary, actually, called "Programming the Nation?" The director, Jeff Warrick, made a really detailed and comprehensive argument about subliminal messaging today and in the past. If you're interested in that type of thing, check it out because I really liked it. bitly .com/pH4QDu

  • When I see obese people at the mall or on the train I seriously get grossed out... I´m not even making this up! Fat people are disgusting!

People suing the golden arches must be retarded even for getting that fat :/ They are the problem!

  • I AM WATCHING THIS WHILE EATING MCDONALD'S TAKE THAT HEALTH I SPIT ON YOU !

  • @Dantes230 Well, this is weird. I just googgled "I AM WATCHING THIS WHILE EATING MCDONALD'S TAKE THAT HEALTH I SPIT ON YOU !" Guess what? You comment has been used dozens of times on dozens of YouTube videos about this film. You're famous! You've invented the fast food version of "I'll be back!" Cool!

  • it's insane how many mcdonalds there is in america. Manhattan alone jesus u americans have issues

  • I honestly DON'T think McDonald's or fast food is the problem. The problem is people don't know what "self control" and "moderation" is. A once in a while treat to eat out is fine. Once in a while meaning maybe every two, three weeks? Not everyday.

  • @vicky46652 well,,,in part,,, you are right,,, if people don't take care of themselves and control their own lives who will ? but stil,,, mc donalds is not a treat,,, because this food is not healthy at all,,,it's dangerous,,,even if you go to mc donalds once a year, the fat will be inside you for a long time before you loose it, it's not the regular fat we are talking about here,,,is the trans fat witch contains a lot and is moredangerous the the regular fat witch you burn in the gym, thanks !

  • @vicky46652

So, "once in a while" for you is "maybe every two, three weeks?" LOL

I eat McDonalds like once in 3-5 months... yes, sometimes I only eat McDonalds less than 5 times a year.

And "eat out" is not eating fast food.

  • @vicky46652

You´re wrong. McDonalds is the problem.

Most things even in the supermarket are pure shit, full of chemics.

    No wonder everybody gets sick.

  • Aww, I remember back when they always asked if you wanted to super size, I don't think my parents ever did though. I don't know, I just had my happy meals :P

  • See people, McDonald's does make you fat. Seeing how they force you to eat there for every meal of the day, and the rule clearly states you HAVE to supersize if they ask you. What a bunch of bastards eh?

  • im a mcdonalds employee, and mcdonalds is a filthy ass restaurant. im not even talking about the food. the preperation for the food is nasty as well

  • i'm not fat at all.... and i love mcdonalds!!! always supersize the fries and drinks tho!!! it's a good deal!!! wooooooooooohooooooooooooooooo.................... juicy tasty quarter pounder number 6 bacon and cheese.... it's tasty while it's hot.... and u got to use the hot sauce from indonesia... it's called belibis... it's the perfect match made in heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    holy shittttttttttttttt mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

  • Its stupid to sue fast food giants like McDonalds, knowing that you didn't have to eat there in the first place, you could've eaten there once and never had come back again. People just get addicted in their heads.

  • I wanna eat a McDonald's burger so bad right now...

And guess what - I'm not from the USA and I'm not overweight (actually bellow the normal BMI index with a BMI of 16,5).

  • 1. Consume way too many calories a day, even if it involves force-feeding yourself until vomiting.

    2. Add some stuff about trans-fats and additives and evil corporatism.

    3. ????

    3. Therefore, McDonald's is bad.

  • To be 100% honest its not the food its the people :D! No honestly. When i am at University i eat at Mc Donalds at least 4 times a Week. And guess what... everyone says i am underweight since i am 60kg and 190cm. There are people who just gain weight faster. And then this plump girl starts talking about thin girls. ITs the people! If you eat 3 times a day every day DUH u will get fuckign fat and die! And lets not stary abotu the Genticaly fat people they just are fat.

  • I eat mcdonalds at least 5 times a month

  • i wurk at mc donalds in the netherlands :P

  • Wow peapole eat on McDonalds reguraly. I eat meby 3 Times a year. You got junkfood in school also. Americans are lazy and fat

  • He's lucky he didn't die or do permenant damage to himself during that one month period. It's amazing, also, how after being in shape his whole life up to that point, how quickly he fell out of shape in only one months time eating that stuff everyday. I'm sure getting back into shape was hard for him after this whole thing

  • I'm glad they don't ask to super size anymore. I'm surprised MC. Donald's didn't sue the guy...this must be terrible for business. Fail. This is so sad. Apparently Mc. Donald's is in the dictionary.

  • 42 are mc donalds fans!

  • didn't really affect me, i probably eat macdonalds once or twice a month tops

  • @haroonfunny94 +1

that movie is stupid, it can be summed up like this: "2 girls doesn't have self discipline, let's help them sue McDonalds!"

  • @TheMatrixLogOut This. If you drank carelessly everyday and you destroyed your liver, it's your own fault. If you carelessly eat McDonalds every day, and you get fat. It's your own fault. If you scarfed down loads of sweets, candy, and other super sugary things and get diabetes, it's your own fault. All this movie really does is say "Blame your bad choices on others." Hurray!

  • @forgottenmaz At some point, people need to be responsible for themselves and leave the government and the courts out of it. The last thing we want or need is for America to become a nanny state. Use your brain and keep your freedoms.

  • @TheMatrixLogOut Very true.If you stuff your face with any kind of food you will get fat and die! The only problem with Mc Donalds is that it tastes good. So basicaly wtf is wrong with some people? That guy eats 2 Big Macs a day!? ... i cannot possibly consume so much food a day XD

  • It doesnt matter about what it is made of. As long as you dont eat it all the time.

  • I think Morgan Spurlock is a pretty cool guy.

He laughs at heart attacks and doesn't afraid of anything.

  • i remember tring this for one day i had mcdonalds for breakfast lunch and dinner...i felt like complete shit and almost threw up that night

  • That show just wanted me to eat Mc Donalds every day of the week.

  • Thumbs up if you went to Mcdonald's after this and got a bacon triple combo

  • This movie makes me hates all the resturents espically McDonald

  • I haven't been able to eat at McDonalds since I saw this documentary.

  • @zcm007attack , That's the power of education. I haven't been able to eat at McDonald's since seeing it either. Many people saw this film and weren't able to eat at McDonalds after seeing it. That's why shortly after this movie's wide release, you saw McDonalds go on a rampant p.r. and advertising spree. Because of this movie McDonald's also dropped the Supersize It slogan.

  • It´s entertaining, BUT, of course its gonna have a negative effect on his condition, if you eat pizza for a month you´ll get the same, maybe worse result, if you eat fries and chicken for a month you get the same result, if you eat spaghetti for a month you´ll get the same result. Moral of the story is, don´t eat too much of anything.

  • this film is just making me wanting mcdonalds more.. >_<

  • Haven't had a bite of fast food since I saw this! Can't stomach the crap anymore...I never did care much for it but ate it on occasion; that is out now! On any occasion! ^^s

  • im tryying to gain a few pounds maybe alof of pounds but i cant and this stuff dosent work . help me im so skinny but i eat so much !

  • @Kesharocks101 eat 10 baconators every day

  • i dont care man I eat McDonalds Twice a fking week infact imma go and tell my dad to get me A Cheese Burger and A Large French Frie =D

  • @Rockcem1 GOOD FOR U :D

  • @elgolfis People say that mcDonalds stay in out stomachs and that doesnt make sense Cuz After eating McDonalds I always take BIG SHIT I prove the internet wronng... lol

  • @Rockcem1 way to go fatty, get fat!

  • @lankieSL lol i dont really eat it much after seing something.. I bought Mcdonalds today because i had to there was noting else i was far away from home too soo i had to buy it thats gonna be like only time i'll buy McDonalds and btw im not fat dude im like 85 Pounds maybe 90

  • @Rockcem1

lol im in america for 3 months now and its crazy. Its hard for me to eat healthy food if i compare it to holland where i am from. Everywhere are fast foods restaurants and almost no bakers where you can get a decent healthy sandwich, and no i dont mean subway restaurants. Which claim to be healhty

  • @lankieSL I been in America for 4 years i came from turkey where u barely see McDonalds thats like one of the reasons why i eat mcdonalds so much.... Its like Smoking once u get addicted its hard to stop eating from it

  • @lankieSL really? I'm American and I never eat fast food, it's not that difficult for me. Fast food is so disgusting. Good luck with eating healthily. I hope you like America --- aside from all our gross fast food places. :)

  • @Nicole3900 I like America, but the problem is the food its so tempting for everyone. I can resist it though by going to the HEB market and getting healthy food there. But still everywhere you go (im in houston) there are fast food restaurants. Literally on every street corner i can find a jack in the box, mac donalds, burger king and go on.

  • @lankieSL Maybe it's more tempting for you because you actually like the food and I don't. I'd imagine if there were chocolate stores everywhere I looked I'd be very tempted since I love chocolate, you know? Good job resisting and going to the market -- it'll get easier over time. Texas is known for "Everything is bigger in Texas" so it must be hard to watch what you eat there. Good luck eating healthily, and I'm glad you like the USA!
