I personally like the different colored waveforms on the main screen. I think it is easier to see than the standard yellow or black colors that you see on LP12s now. I have run some megacodes with the LP15 and I though it worked great. However, I have not judged its use in the other areas that I already talked about. We will have to see in the coming months when our system puts them into service, how well they hold up. Oh, and the metronome works great for those crazy BLS fire EMTs
I coudl really care less about aesthetics; yes the LP 12 and 15 does the same job. So does the zoll and phillips. The question is how well does it do the same job. Any one who has used a zoll and then moved over to a LP12 knows there is a big difference. I found the zolls to have way too much artifact, esp with 12 leads. How well does the Sp02 capture? How often does the ETCO2 fail (the LP 12 fails all the time)? How accurate is the BP cuff? How much damage can it take?

im a paramedic who solo responds in the uk, have had a look and a play with one of these fifteens, it weighs a tonne more than the split in two LP 11, i think for now we will be sticking with LP 12s which more or less when updated do the same

I like how the title of this video says "for US medics" but most of the footage here is of Medics from over seas
