  • Good video with a lot of different ways to do them. I got myself some metal indian clubbell but am still a beginner....

  • awesome video!

  • @miamiverve Glad you liked it! Thanks!

  • nice video.

  • @cardsfanatic Thanks!

  • What a great video. I relly have learned a lot from your series on the CST practice. Too bad your not in Los Angeles.

  • @spammyrock Thanks. I'm glad they've been helpful to you! I was in LA several months ago. Who knows, maybe I'll be back someday lol.

  • You're doing a great job of being an ambassador of CST and Tacfit. Your explanations are spot on, articulate and intelligently rendered and understandable to those not versed in CST. One recommendation, if I can, I notice you are using the Bruiser 45# and they are are brutal. You should use the Jr. Bruiser (35#) to more refine the movements safely. Otherwise, good form and observation of the 7 Key Components of clubbell swinging.

  • @doughboy9520 Thanks for the feedback! I don't normally use Bruisers in my training (except for squats). I was just showcasing the different sizes of clubs for those who may not be familiar with them. :)

  • Yeah, the new TACFIT clubs. Are they available stateside yet? Thanks again.

  • @woglaka Sorry brother, I don't know.

  • do you know of any cst or tacfit instructors in the massachusetts area?

  • @tmac1780 I don't know of any TACFIT-ers, but for CST, try AnnaShum@CSTCoach.com (Weston, MA area)

  • Superb clip Coach. This will help me with my clients. Thank you. Looks like you have the new clubs. Where did you get them?

  • @woglaka Thanks for the kind words. As for the clubs, were you referring to the TACFIT clubs, or the original clubs from the new manufacturer? Either way, nope. Mine are the earlier Torque model.

  • Great video, Ive been working out with the Clubbells since last fall. One of the things I have really noticed and like is how subtle they work.

An example would be the feeling of greater rotational strength and body control when practicing Martial Arts, trail running biking..

    Again, Great vids!

    Cheers,

    Scott.

  • @scootmando Thanks! And yeah, I know what you mean. The rotational benefits that come from the integrated movement patterns are pretty sweet :)
