So... let me get this straight. This guy reveals information about a classified codeworded operation, reveals that he was directly involved in said operation, and doesn't get arrested for breaking his oath to protect classified information.

Instead he gets promoted to bottlecap Colonel and propagates this info to the public "with the permission of the Army".
