If the Greek church owns the land on which the israeli parliament is built, how can they ever claim back their land if they choose to use it for some other purpose?

I think the Greeks misunderstand the true nature of ownership. They may have it on some piece of paper but unless you control what the land is used for and when, then you don't really own it. Just like Europeans don't really have democracy if they can't even stop millions of muslims coming in to their territory.

What does "belonged" mean exactly? Do you really believe GOD gave this piece of land to the Jews? If so, then you are just stupid. If not, then you probably mean that some Jewish state/kingdom conquered it about 2000 years ago. So the question is, if one Jewish state/kingdom conquered a piece of land 2000 years ago, does another Jewish state formed in 1947 automatically have the same claim? Why can't the Arabs claim it since it was conquered by them AFTER the Jews?
